I was told by TDW that they could not repair in-house and would have to send the sash out to another facility for repair. I was also told that it would take 3 days for the repair, and that I could pick it up early Friday morning. I left my phone number for contact information. On Fri afternoon, in the middle of a cold winter storm, I went in to pick up my window - it wasn't available yet. No glass. I was told that the reason for the delay was a power failure at the repair facility during the storm. I was told that the window should be ready early next week. I received no curtesy call or update information at any time, on the status of this window. Hence, I wasted my time going down there to pick up a window that was promised that day. Same thing, the following week. No calls, no updates. Finally, on Fri, of the week next, 11 days after I dropped off my window, I got a call that my window was ready and could pick it up. I went to pick up the glass. The glass had gobs of silicon sealant all over the edges, and obviously the sash was never cleaned during the repair process. I also paid an additional 5% of cost for the privilege of using my Visa credit card.

They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business.
