I was told by TDW that they could not repair in-house and would have to send the sash out to another facility for repair. I was also told that it would take 3 days for the repair, and that I could pick it up early Friday morning. I left my phone number for contact information. On Fri afternoon, in the middle of a cold winter storm, I went in to pick up my window - it wasn't available yet. No glass. I was told that the reason for the delay was a power failure at the repair facility during the storm. I was told that the window should be ready early next week. I received no curtesy call or update information at any time, on the status of this window. Hence, I wasted my time going down there to pick up a window that was promised that day. Same thing, the following week. No calls, no updates. Finally, on Fri, of the week next, 11 days after I dropped off my window, I got a call that my window was ready and could pick it up. I went to pick up the glass. The glass had gobs of silicon sealant all over the edges, and obviously the sash was never cleaned during the repair process. I also paid an additional 5% of cost for the privilege of using my Visa credit card.

Then, once they did, they sent someone out to look at it, and no one else for weeks. Then they finally fixed it, by patching the cracks with ugly white paneling. I had paid like 7 thousand dollars for a beautiful purple shower and now it has big white patches down the corners. It's a huge huge, disappointment, which I am still paying on. What a let down.
