It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with RT's Welding for the past 3 months…read more Constant blatant lies, not doing what they say they would do, and non-stop gaslighting when trying to hold them accountable or hold them to their word. Ridiculous false accusations, acting like a bully and hurling insults, manipulating reality so that they can play the victim. Not showing up like they said they would do, not calling back or following up like they said they would do, etc. Now I'm out $1100 and without a front bumper and blinkers because they refused to finish the job they promised they would do, but yet also refused to return my truck back to the condition it was in when I dropped it off by bolting the old bumper back on and plugging in the blinkers. I paid them $1100 and left. How do I know that they're lying? One example: Randy elaborated on how difficult it was to get every part to fit together. He told me the instructions for the bumper kit were wrong and that they wouldn't haven been able to put the bumper kit together if they followed the instructions. He also told me that it was difficult trying to get the fitment right, saying that aftermarket bumper kits usually have 1/8th of an inch gap between parts but this one had 3/4th of an inch of gap in fitment between everything. After confirmation with the same manufacturer that Randy talked to, it was obvious that Randy in fact, was once again, being dishonest through twisting the truth, mixing up concepts, and making things up. The manufacturer confirmed that most of Randy's claims didn't happen. The manufacturer also confirmed the same thing that almost every person(that welds + has seen the product details & instructions) that I've talked to has told me: a few hours to weld and another few to ground the edges. Every other welder told me it wouldn't take more than 8 hours before prime and paint. Randy claimed it took him a minimum of 12 hours. Don't let the cheap labor rate fool you: they will "take their time" with the work you hired them to do and the total amount at the end will "come out" to be far more than a shop with a $120 per hour labor rate.

Scam. Randy is a liar. After being told only a few days for a repair that turned into weeks then…read morenearly 2 months before I realized nothing was actually getting done. I was told it was being working on when it was in fact it was just moved to the back of the building and buried and surrounded by junk. Which he later admitted he didn't have time for it. Then Randy threw a tantrum when I showed up and wanted the vehicle back because even though I gave him a days notice to dig it out.

Orchard Hill Farm Equipment is THE place to buy tractors, trailers and virtually ANY other kind of…read morefarm equipment under various brands. It is family-owned--and it shows. Thirty years ago, I bought a 1984 Deere 750 Tractor from Ed. It cost $13,000 with a heavy duty mowing deck and plow blade. The Deere would work well for maybe half an hour, then overheat. Various tractor "experts" could not figure out what was wrong. Finally I wrote Ed. He said that he'd take the tractor back. If he couldn't repair, I could pick out any tractor on his lot for the same price. He did repair it. Squirrels had stored nuts in the cooling system. That tractor with mowing deck was THE best piece of equipment I've ever owned for my 10 acres of woodland and fields. Now I'm in the process of buying a new Kioti 2510 tractor with bucket, grapple and back hoe implements. I'm working with Ed's sons Marshall and Josh. Their service is as good as their father's 30 years ago. Orchard Hill has the equipment at competitive prices. Best of all, it has the service only a FAMILY-RUN business can provide. I give it my highest recommendation. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Orchard Hill.
