During the first service call, the repair people somehow cracked the inside of the fridge. I was told there is no way to fix the damage. The refrigerator needs a part from Samsung that has come in damaged now 4 different times. Durochers can order the part for next day delivery, so they could have tried far more than 4 times, btw. The last time, the part sat at Durochers for over 3 weeks before they even inspected it. ​ We have repeatedly asked for a manager to contact us, but been ignored every time. We have not had a working refrigerator in over 6 months now, but Durochers hasn't offered an apology or any sort of assistance.

I cannot begin to report that Durochers had the best salespeople and delivery workers I have ever seen in the appliance business. For starters, saleswoman Kathy C. went out of her way to help me with scheduling my most recent delivery. Even on her day off, she kindly helped me with some questions I asked her about. The delivery and installation men were Superlative. I had the best experience with Justin and Stephen. They were very prompt and gave me updates on when they would arrive, complete with texted maps of where they were in terms of getting to my house. Their installation was very well done, and I contribute that to the attention to detail they had in doing it. They was extremely courteous and respectful. I give Durochers great credit for having delivery and service people like these two young men. Outstanding! I have always been pleased with the appliances, service and delivery at Durochers. In addition when I needed a broken refrigerator shelf replaced the service department was excellent. I actually received the shelf a day after I ordered it. I was also given information on how to get reimbursed by the glass company as the shelf was still under warranty. ( I want to add that I had a $500 gift certificate from Lowes that I could have used, but preferred to deal with Durochers instead. By dealing with them I avoided the aggravation and hassles in dealing with a big box store that I felt could care less about its' customers).

Daughter purchased a washer from Home Depot. It was supposed to be delivered on Jan 20th, but there…read morewas an issue, of course. Then was supposed to be delivered on Jan 23th, but they canceled due to the freezing rain that was gone by noon & my daughter lost a day of pay. Washer finally delivered today Jan 27th, with a dent in the side of it. Mind you not bad & she could of sent it back, but she had been without a washer for 3 weeks & Home Depot only refunded $30.00 of a $900.00 washer. I'm done with Home Depot. Lousy customer service & sell damaged merchandise.

People need to research and find out if home depot sells what they want and accept it. The employees will ask you more questions trying to determine what you want. That is not being rude, that is being helpful. Home Depot outsources the installation (I usually did the work myself). I did have them install a new roof and eliminate some skylights in the process. The only delay was the weather. Once the weather was good it took them ONE day to de-shingle, repair, weatherproof and put on new shingles. A beautiful job.

I just purchased a watch from them as my old one died, and I am very happy with it. It is one of their private label watches, so I get batteries for life from them and I believe a courtesy 3 year repair on it. I am sure I will need to bring it in at some point since I am not kind to my watches.
