First he was willing to send photos of the before and after repair for my Truck's rebuild scrapbook. Then the USPS (post office) lost my package. Michael continued to stay in contact and check in with me for weeks. Sadly the USPS never recovered my package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING through the post office without making them put tracking numbers on it. I wish i had used UPS or FedEx, but I had trusted the Post office and that was my fault, no fault of Re-Circuit electronics. Michael worked with me to help source a FICM for me to buy and get my truck back up and running. he gave me the best price he could due to my unfortunate situation with the Post Office. overall it was above and beyond customer service, he really tried to help anyway he could. a bad experience with the post office and i'll never ship a package with them again. but a great experience with Michael @ Re-Circuit electronics
