She did a great job, not only with the photography itself, but helping organize a very large group of people for an impromptu family photo before the event started. I had to organize her services from NYC. She was very accommodating given the distance and helpful scoping out the venue for us ahead of time to do an outdoor shoot for my parents and the entire family. She was unobtrusive during the event and caught many heartwarming candids throughout the evening. Her rates were very reasonable and she has a very sweet and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend working with her if you're looking for someone in her area. I've worked with quite a few photographers in my life and she's definitely on the top of my list. We interviewed several photographers before we decided to go with J.Lynn Photography and we are SO GLAD we did! Jen was wonderful to work with. She was very open to our ideas and had some great ideas of her own. She was laid back, but kept things moving and was never pushy or invasive. A lot of couples talk about how stressful the picture taking process can be, but we had a BLAST. You can tell in our photos how amazingly happy we were and Jen captured everything perfectly. She is so much fun to work with, and knows so much about weddings in general, that she is not only an amazing photographer and artist, but also a fantastic resource! She took so many pictures and had so many amazing and creative ideas on the fly, as well as just being fun! After she packed up for the night, she joined us on the dance floor for a dance which was just so fun, too! We got our pictures less than a week after the wedding, which is an amazing turnaround, and they look wonderful! We also really liked that we own the photos, and can do whatever we want with them, just need to give Marci credit, which she totally deserves!
