We love this place. The coaches are mostly high school and college students so they have lots of…read moreenergy and patience! They teach the students buildable skills so they can keep advancing. None of the students have to sit around and wait their turn. Every class has four to five stations that the students rotate through so they are practicing the entire time. They have plenty of equipment too. The coaches are vigilant and I've never felt like my daughter was at risk for an injury. Some of the students may struggle a bit more than some of their peers but the coaches give an equal amount of attention to all of the students. I'm not certain they limit the number of students per class but I believe they do because there is never more than 8 or 10 students per class, at least that I have seen. They do have multiple classes going at once so sometimes it's pretty hectic but the coaches are on top of it! The coaches are so sweet so if your worried your kid might not be the best and they'll feel discouraged it really isn't an issue! The price is fantastic and they offer extra lessons (like a tutoring session) for a very good price. I highly recommend.

We enjoy when other parents join in the class so all the little ones can learn from each other and socialize. Each week we learn a bit of sign language, sing songs, practice crawling/standing/walking, work on core muscles, arms, stretching, and social skills. On Fridays the class is in another room and a bit slower paced but believe me parents, you'll be the ones getting a workout! Mrs. Melissa has you lift your little bug, squat, do curls, and other fun exercises with your baby! All of the staff members are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes my little bug gets fussy during class and no one asks us to step out, they simply try to help calm him down or sing to him. They are all wonderful!!! My little bug is 8 months old now and has learned sooo much from coming to the little gym! Being around others and having the equipment available has helped him crawl and pull himself up. I let it slide several times because I figured they have to be exposed to unkindness in order to grow. Well today was absolutely enough. Kate threatened my daughter with screaming at her if she continued to cough. My daughter spent the rest of her time there holding her breath in order to not cough and get an aggressive reaction from Kate. Today my daughter also decided to wear her pajama bottoms to class. Kate called her, a. 6 year old innocent child...poor and broke. What kind of person who is supposed to be trained to work with children behaves this way? Well apparently Kate and she is fully endorsed and supported by the owner, Rina Nicole Hale. I tried reaching out to her to get assurance that this would not happen to another child again and she simply ignored and blocked me. When my daughters let me know what happened I went back inside to withdraw them. Enough was enough. I was calm when speaking with the manager, Kala because she wasn't the aggressor who hurt my daughters feelings. But I was still met with aggression and hostility from Kala. She laughed in my face and tried gaslighting me. Saying no one has ever had a problem with Kate. In between loud annoyed sighs and groans she gave me the worst service. I even asked her why she was behaving that way. I asked for the owners contact information and she said, no one has time for you. I later found out Kala and the owner Rina are best friends so absolutely no disciplinary actions will take place. No customer relations will be mended. After spending so much money on this business we were met with some of the worst treatment we've ever experienced. Please save your children the heartache and save yourself the money. They are not kind people. They do not know how to treat children. They have absolutely no class. They do not know the first thing about customer service.

In that time, she lost a lot of upper body strength and gained some fear plus lost some confidence in doing certain things. We started at the Mineola location and were blown away by the coaching staff. Within 3 classes my daughter was back to speed on things. She loves gymnastics and wants to go every single day. Coach Sam (Samantha) is amazing. She is so good with the kids and is so consistent. I have also noticed that after every class my daughter knows what they will be doing on the next class which tells me she is a planner and she truly cares about being a coach.
