It's the first time I worked out where I didn't wake the next day so sore I couldn't move. And yet, you leave with all your muscles fatigued and shaking. My friend brought me to slow fit a month ago and I wish I had listened to her a year earlier. Today she couldn't go, but I was there. Plus, you work with a trainer who makes sure you don't cheat. And overall, the cost of Slow Fit is no more than you will spend at one of the burn and churn national gyms who want your money but aren't interested in your goals.

As we saw people testing water after it finally reopened 12 days later. This closed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and dry Sauna. The mens bathroom is nasty and we have complained to no avail. I posted multiple pictures so if it only shows 1 image realize there were 6 uploaded. When I posted earlier it just showed 1. FILTH, DIRT AND GRIM WITH HAIRBALLS ALL OVER THE SHOWERS. THIS IS NOT NEW AS WE HAVE SHOWN THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO TODAY (weeks and months ago) . SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST PICTURES TO HELP THEM SEE IT.
