My boyfriend felt like she didn't want to deal with him and yes there was a language barrier but I literally told her over the phone, "let's start from scratch, we trust you and what you recommend". I found the interaction strange since part of a cut is the consultation, and we were open to recommendations as part of the consultation and her response was not encouraging, " I'll see". Due to this, my boyfriend decided to end the appointment. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable or have himself feel uncomfortable. The location is beautiful and we were excited but not comfortable to say I'd recommend or refer someone.

So friendly and she kept telling me (and my son) what a well behaved young man he was. This means the world to me because Ronin is autistic and his mood varies greatly. It was nice to have someone appreciate him for the boy that he is. They also had free plastic fireman hats for the kids post-cut, and lollipops, gum, and for the adults Kenny had brewed some amazing Kona Hawaiian coffee! I would not recommend this shop to anyone friend or family member . Very unprofessional. Especially the owner. You will notice him as the first barber on the right hand side and the leader of the vibe in the shop.
