The food: you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The shrimp tacos and the sliders hit the spot for me lately but I won't hesitate to get any thing on this menu! You can tell by the quality, the presentation and the overall experience that this family is putting their heart and soul into providing great food. The experience: if you go to the truck or visit them in The Mint, you'll experience awesome passionate and great people that truly love their work and the community they serve. I'm always greeted with a warm smile, a firm handshake and a great overall experience. I personally love the truck experience and being out in the community but The Mint is also a great addition to be able to go in, sit, relax, watch the game and have a beer too. The service was amazing we got our order taken and although we did have to wait roughly 20 minutes, it was understandable since everything is freshly made! Only thing to mention is, I suggest ordering ahead of time, they open at 4pm and they usually sell out of their pork chops and mac & cheese (we learned this the hard way)!
