Also, I love their pollo asada tacos the best. I think the flavor and moistness is hands down the best I've had. My boyfriend loves their Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. They have a large assortment of meats to choose from, lingua, asada, birria, abodado, carnitas. More than just a taco truck, they have birria ramen, tortas, carne asada fries. I have not tried any of those yet. During the day you'll find lovely ladies that are helping you at night and I find that it's usually the same guys helping you every night. All the staff that I've seen has been very friendly and very welcoming and eager to assist. It's just a taco truck right next to the Arco gas station. Can't miss it, big red truck. Sometimes there is a wait especially if you come during peak hours, but usually they can get your order in and out within about 10 minutes. They do have a rewards club that you can join. It's 1 point for every seven dollars that you spend. And then sometimes you'll also get text specials and freebies which I enjoy. I think that the food here has a lot of value and it's good portions. Don't miss out on the taco Tuesday special which has two dollar tacos. That way you get to try a few different kinds of tacos.

I actually had to ask for a fork just to finish what escaped onto the tray. The tacos came loaded with fresh cilantro and red onions and tasted far more gourmet than their humble appearance suggested. The red and green salsas were both excellent, but the real star was their pico de gallo-style salsa. It had a slightly fermented tang that instantly reminded me of kimchi, and I found myself putting it on everything. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last.
