Located inside an areas with a bunch of other ghost kitchens, there's a parking lot with a couple spaces, you walk in through the door on the right side. You'll see "food pick up" on the top of the building and you'll know you're in the right spot. I would recommend placing your order by calling them first and then going to pick up since there's not too much waiting room. When we got there, you can hit the ring button to have someone take your order. Isaiah came out shortly after, was super kind and friendly. We ordered Da Cartel which included 10 wings (lemon pepper and garlic parmesan), a slider, and trap fries. This totaled out to be about $27 and fed two of us. The wings were absolutely mouthwatering. I'm not usually a fan of garlic parmesan because it's too powdery - but theirs were not like that at all. The slider was a bit too saucy, but the patty itself was well seasoned. Visiting Las Vegas for a birthday celebration but was hungry once I got off my flight. I wanted wings but not the franchise and stumbled upon their yelp review. Made my way over there and passed up the location because I was looking for a food truck but no it's an actual location. Walked up the ramp greeted me at the door told me to proceed. The waiting area is tight but they do have a few seats. The ambiance is super casual. They helped with my order explained the menu. Got my order they offered drinks while waiting and candy. My honest review: What I ordered: 5 lemon pepper 5 garlic parm 5 hot honey Order of fries The lemon pepper was dry The garlic parm was probably the best wing I tried The hot honey needed more of the honey flavor but wasn't too hot (which I liked) I loved that the fries were crinkle cut but a little too salty for me The wings themselves were pretty tiny and could of been more succulent. These wings are perfect in size, they were and fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Tons of sauces to choose from but we ordered the garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, sweet heat and honey and all were bomb! The food was AMAZING!! The owner had great customer service and you can tell he truly cares about giving his customers a great experience. We ordered wings with the Trap Sauce (sweet heat) and garlic parm. The wings were cooked to perfection and the flavors were phenomenal. The ranch is flavorful (and unnecessary as the wings are bomb) and the trap ranch is out of this world. The fries were delicious with a slight sweet yes spicy hint at the end. Like I said, the owner was friendly, down to earth, and packed the boxes with such care. After a 20 minute drive back home the wings were still stacked neat and orderly. I purchased 10 wing dings & fries at $18, nearly $2 a ding. They are not full wings and are much smaller than what was shown on Channel 8 wing contest. I ordered 5 without sauce & 5 with sauce. Most ot the wings were burnt and the one without sauce were not seasoned. This lets me know the sauce masks the 'no seasoning'. Trap wings have some of the best food that I have tasted in a long time I was going to the food truck when they was off of Martin Luther King and now they have their own restaurant.
