This is the first time I've had birria tacos and they were delicious! We ordered the tacos dorados (birria tacos with crispy tortillas and cheese) and a medium consommé. The consommé had a bunch of yummy, tender beef and chopped onions. The broth was rich and flavorful, you HAVE to order this!! When you dip the tacos in the consommé, the crispy tortilla soaks up all the juices - YUM! The medium consommé comes with tortillas as well, so this could easily be a meal on its own. After ordering 6 tacos dorados, we still had a lot of consommé left (will definitely get a small next time). The taco truck isn't in the best side of town but the lot is well lit and there is plenty of parking. The food came out quick and the service was good. The cooks were singing and having a great time while making our food and it put a smile on my face! :) Glad to see the food is made with love! Ok, so the wife and I cruised over here just because we were in the area and we heard great things about the food. Got 2 tacos dorados and a small consomme as we weren't really hungry and just wanted to give it a try.. Boy was that a mistake. Got it to go and hit it up when we got home. Holy cow did we screw up! Should have ordered way more, hungry or not we craved more of this deliciousness! The tacos were amazing, the beef so rich and deep with flavor. The onions were a necessity to give a crisp freshness to the richness that they topped. The consomme, just stop it. Best we have had. Fell just short of a wrestling match to see who got to finish it. Simply amazingly well balanced and rich with a good amount of meat in it and I want an IV of it directly into me. We will be going back, and back. They utilize cones to make parking easier. 2) there's a security guard between them and the other truck making sure the area is safe during all hours. 3) ITS REALLY GOOD.
