    Sma size onion rings
    Anne V.

I was greeted by the cashier and she was very friendly, I ordered the bacon cheese burger combo and side of small onion rings. My order came out super fast and the onion rings were good. The burger was flavorful and the fries were salted just right not to much and not little. I read in other reviews that it was salty and I don't think it was.. the burger I consumed fast so that why there is no picture lol.. but I also got free refills of Jamaica. During us sitting there I was asked about 4 times if everything was okay . And that was amazing they interact and for everything we needed they were fast and amazing. After we finshed I got up to Place my tray on top of the trash can but before I could they asked for it and took it. Then they wished us to come back. They were very friendly, the place is clean and neat, and fast service and food was hot so I had to wait a bit to eat. But this place is amazing

What an amazing service super clean, 10000% recommend food is super fresh... $45 for a family of 3 is a good deal

It's conveniently located to the LA Convention Center, Crytpo.com arena, and LA Live which makes it a must visit before or after an event! I am obsessed with their happy hour, which offers healthy items at discounted prices with generous portions! I have been here so many times throughout the years but most recently found myself here during a busy World Cup match! Regardless, the service and quality of food was not sacrificed! I was greeted as soon as I got there and the bartenders were overwhelmed but still friendly and helpful. I was so tempted to get a margarita, since theirs are amazing, but decided to keep it dry and just get their vegan nachos. I was able to score a table outside on their lovely patio, which felt secluded enough from the main street. My food was brought out quicker than I thought and I was delighted, as I was famished! The vegan nachos here are fantastic and the happy price is only $10, which is a steal for what you get! They are costed in the most magical concoction of a bean puree, cashew cheese sauce, and guacamole which all have the most creamy, luscious and savory flavors. It's so hearty and well seasoned and not only filling, but you feel great after. Parking is pretty easy, as there are usually ample meters available nearby. I cannot wait to return again soon the next time I'm in Downtown LA! I am hoping to try more of their vegan options and next time I will for sure get a drink to go along with their delicious food!

I ordered the Espresso Martini, and it tasted pretty watered down and lacked the bold coffee flavor I was hoping for. On the bright side, the food was definitely the highlight. The mussels were flavorful, the calamari was crispy and cooked well, and the fries were delicious. Those dishes really saved the experience . Overall, I'd come back for the food, but I'd probably steer clear from cocktails and order a real drink. Prank is a convenient place for dtla residents in surrounding apartments to come get some quick bites and drinks and catch a live game

I called this hotel in May to ask about adjoining rooms for an event in July. They inform me that both rooms need to be upgraded to the "Biggie" type in order to do this - I agree to this and book for both upgraded rooms. Fast forward to check-in in July, I ask to confirm that the two rooms I booked are adjoining and they say they are not because they had to move the rooms around due to a wedding party taking priority above us. I am disappointed but ask if it's possible for my two rooms to be near each other or at least on the same floor and also mention that the only reason I upgraded the rooms in the first place was to have them be adjoining. The guy at the front desk says our rooms are nowhere near each other, but offers two rooms next to each other if I'm willing to downgrade one of the rooms to a "standard" room. This would have been an acceptable solution but he went on to insist that if I downgraded any of the rooms I would still have to pay for the upgraded larger room price and that they were absolutely unwilling to refund me the difference. For a reservation I made months in advance where they themselves told me to upgrade for adjoining rooms - now that they failed to give me what I paid for the best they can do is give me a smaller room for the price of an upgraded room? There's no reason they couldn't have just given me the difference. On top of this all of the hotel staff at every interaction were just generally unwilling to help. When we asked for help with bags they shoved a cart at us and walked away - they wouldn't even hold the elevator door while we tried to maneuver it in? (also some of their elevators were broken the entire time we stayed here so the doors closed on the cart while we were loading it) The only good things about this hotel is the Moonlark dinette had great service and the pool area is a bit nicer than the neighboring Proper hotel but I would never stay here again.

The girl asked me if I wanted it regular or strong which I thought was odd. When she brought it I told her was too sweet, she asked if I wanted more tequila. I asked what kind of tequila they used, she said it was agave. I asked for more. I asked for a Paloma instead and she looked confused. She brought it but it was very weak. As I sat outside some drunk off the street came with a beer in hand and sat across from me, I ignored him. He was effed up. Eventually he got up and left. As I was sitting enjoying the beautiful breeze and weather a strong scent of fabulosa swept across the patio and the girl was mopping the inside and it was overwhelming! I paid with Zelle and took off!!! I DI NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

We then waited ONE HOUR for the brunch buffet to be served. Imagine our disappointment when the buffet was just a salad bar, two types of flautas, and rice. I give two stars for them supporting drag queens. I tipped the Queen but would have preferred my buffet fees go to her.

From the delicious food to the beautiful new decor, every visit is a great experience. What really sets them apart is the genuine care they show their customers. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. The team is always welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel like family. It's been amazing to watch this business flourish, and they absolutely deserve their success. I'd think, "There's a spot in my own neighborhood I can eat at without driving to Downey or Downtown LA." But for some reason it was never my first thought. I think it's because when I'm going out to eat, I usually want to escape my own area. Today I finally gave it a try, and I was sincerely impressed. I walked in and was greeted right away. I asked a few questions about the menu and requested a substitute, and I didn't get any weird looks or pushback, which honestly happens more often than you'd think in 2026. The walls had beautiful artwork, and my server, Kevin, was fantastic. He checked in every few minutes to make sure I had everything I needed, and it felt genuine, not like he was just going through the motions for a tip or a paycheck. You can tell the difference. I ordered the horchata French toast with fresh fruit and a lavender latte, and the presentation was next level, the kind of plating you'd expect in Beverly Hills, Century City, or parts of Polanco, Mexico. It was beautiful, the food was excellent, and I was taken care of every step of the way. I'm writing this review because this place deserves to be seen and deserves to keep growing. I'm not compensated in any way, shape, or form, this comes straight from the heart. If you've been sleeping on this place, give it a try. It's not in the flashiest part of LA, and I'm okay with that since I live in the area, but once you step inside, you're transported somewhere else entirely. Don't sleep on this place. Give them a shot and you'll find yourself coming back sooner than you expected.
