Yes, I am a sucker for the traditional brick oven Margheritas and Bufalinas of Italia, just that simple barometer of OG greatness, minimalistic bliss. Less than 5 bucks and 10 min later, I'm ambling down said teeny stairs with a large warm white cardboard box that seems far too large for a mere SLICE. Have they made a packaging error? I was expecting a small thin wilty Dixie plate! These days, we don't wanna waste cardboard, do we? Driving off, I contemplate a spot to pull over along the Arroyo Seco to enjoy my dining behind the wheel.
