Service was good. Assortment was good, but make sure you ask the prices of everything before you…read morepick anything up. We got six pastries and got a bill of $45.50! Granted, 3 of them were specialty for Mardi Gras, "St. Anthony" cakes. These were actually plain old cream puffs. Billed as fresh, and costing $7.99 each, we were duped. The pastry was not fresh. I've made them for years. They should have had a crispy shell. They were soggy. We ate them within 3 hours of purchase. Didn't refridgerate, which could cause the sogginess. The crème englais was meh. Very disappointing. We haven't tried the raspberry Danish yet, which were $3.99 each. Definitely not going back. I rarely write a poor review, but want to alert others so they are not shellshocked by their bill and then disappointed with the purchase.

I just went in to check out this new bakery. I left with 5 croissants with melted honey butter…read moreglaze, apple tart, two glazed croissant cinnamon rolls, tres leche cake and flan. The croissants were amazing!!!! The apple tart was delicious. The cinnamon rolls were divine! The tres leche cake was ok and the flan is yummy. The owner stated that they just opened October 2022. He was very attentive and friendly! He said his wife has been making cakes for over 20 years. The cakes in the fridge were pretty. Nice quiet place to have a treat and a cup of coffee. This place is worth a visit and possibly a celebration cake order. Can't wait to go back for more croissants!

This bakery is in a plaza of shops and restaurants; it's not visible while driving down Man Street…read more I tried a crookie, which was nice and buttery with almost more like a cookie dough baked with it. I also had a brownie. It was very chocolaty and almost gooey like raw brownie batter inside, which I personally like. The shop also offers baking classes. It's a modern and spacious interior. Prices are a bit in the higher side. I like that the menu offerings change (like what flavors are offered) and I want to try some cookies and the gooey butter cake next time!

My experience can be summed up in three words, " not worth it". I've lived in the area over 40…read moreyears and I've eaten at almost all the restaurants this area has to offer. My wife and I received a gift certificate as a wedding gift and decided to go on Tuesday June 24th. We chose the test kitchen which samples wines with three foods. First of all, we chose the VIP seats, which were $85 each as opposed to the house seats which are $75 each. I'm still trying to figure out what I got for the extra $20 when we were seated further away from the Chef than anyone else. Then I was disappointed to find out that the owner had given the day off to her entire staff because of a big event the day before. So effectively, we were in the "hangover" category for customers. I have no concern about a special event the day before, but it should not affect the service and the presentation of the food, and right off the bat I felt like we were getting short changed because everybody was given a day off. Next, all we got was a salad and a serving of wine, then a piece of flatbread with a little bacon and potatoes on it and a serving of wine, then another salad, which was cucumber slices with some whipped cheese on top, and a serving of wine. I was expecting three distinct dishes instead of a couple of salads and an appetizer. She did give us some pasta salad to go that was left over from the previous event as well as a sample container (ala lunchables) which had some chicken salad, watermelon, grapes, and Gouda cheese. She also threw in a small dessert. Honestly, I would've done better at a deli at Publix, where we could've gotten something equivalent along with a bottle of wine and still saved $100. After leaving, I felt like we needed to go through a drive-through fast food restaurant to actually have a meal. This was definitely not worth $170. I would've much rather spent that at a restaurant and had a full meal with a bottle of wine. Maybe my experience was not good because of the event the day before, but I can only judge it by the time that we were there. Maybe it's like this every time which is why I'm writing this review. If it's not like this every time then why were we short changed? Not recommending this to anyone. Thankful for the gift from my son and his wife, but the money could've been better used elsewhere.
