The head trainer, Kelly, has tons of experience and expertise in the fitness world and is constantly learning and improving her routines for her class attendees. The classes are crossfire like, but I would say are challenging and reasonable for people of all ages. The gym itself looks like something out of a construction yard, but that only adds to the charm of the place. The personal attention and energy you get from Kelly and her husband cannot be beat. Whether you are a fitness star or just starting out they will work with you to tailor their daily workout to what you need. The workouts change every day so you can always expect something different. At $10 or a month rate of $70 per class the value simply cannot be beat. In a major metro area you would pay double those prices for probably half the quality you get from them.
