Walked in to look for a new gym, walked up to the front counter and was ignored for 4-5 minutes with a worker playing on her phone 2 feet away from us. A lady from the back had to come and get her attention. Never offered a tour, or what that had to offer, so we went and walked around looking for ourselves to see what they had. Glad that happened, we found a place that was very happy to add us as members. My personal experiences, some may love the place but your front line workers are an example of how management conducts themselves. Not for me.
