Asked a question in the comment section about insurance and cost. They called me back, scheduled and said good to go. Show up for the appointment, driving 30 minutes to get to their office, and they told me it would be $70 for the copay for y. I said that's fine, but that's not why I'm here. I literally spoke to someone about this two days ago, they didn't have anything in my notes. On top of that, when I asked them to give the price if insurance didn't cover, I was told to call my insurance "and figure it out." Ummm no! That is why I'm coming to a doctor office. YOU call my insurance and figure it out. I was told they don't handle that. So I walked out. Note: I would have been fine paying out of pocket, I just wanted to know the cost in advance. Online said between $150-$1,500 and that is a big gap/difference. They absolutely refused to assist in getting information. I will go elsewhere and pay out of pocket, but will not work with rude individuals who don't give patients the courtesy of helping the process by doing their jobs. Do not recommend.

From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of in a really genuine way. Nothing feels rushed or transactional, and the whole experience is just calm and easy. Madison really has such a great eye for detail and a very natural, balanced approach. What I appreciate most is how natural everything looks. I always leave feeling refreshed and more like myself, just a more youthful, rested version. Never overdone, never obvious, just really tasteful results. If you're looking for somewhere that really focuses on natural beauty and makes you feel comfortable the whole time, this is it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Took me since 2020 to finally find a place as good as my Dr. in BH, LA and I couldn't be happier.

The office made a scheduling mistake, so we rescheduled for tomorrow. A few days before my appointment, I received a text saying I would now need to pay an additional $50 "health assessment" fee due to a new Tennessee state law. I looked into it myself and could not find any law specifically requiring this fee. More importantly, this charge is not disclosed anywhere on Groupon or on their website -- even now, after supposedly being "required." New clients are essentially being blindsided with an extra mandatory fee after booking. When I questioned it over text, I requested a phone call for clarification. The manager called me with an immediate attitude, saying, "You asked me to call you," and the conversation only got worse from there. Instead of professionally explaining the situation, I was told my choices were to pay the fee, choose a lesser-value service, or cancel. Every concern I raised was dismissed with "I'm not arguing with you." Very disappointing experience overall. Hidden fees and rude customer service are not okay, especially when customers purchase services expecting transparent pricing upfront. I will not be returning.

I was supposed to see Dr. Lee, but ended up seeing her midlevel. This was fine, she was nice and seemed to know her stuff. Unfortunately, those are the only positives. As for the negatives, if you work for either big healthcare company that is in Nashville I would not suggest going here. I verified ahead of time that this office was in network for my insurance. Unfortunately, they send the pathology results through some little lab in Columbia that I doubt anyone's insurance fully pays for. Be prepared to get a HUGE pathology bill, even though I asked repeatedly before making an appointment if they used hospital based labs. As long as you are prepared to pay a large bill out of pocket, I would recommend them as fine. If you are trying to let your insurance do what insurance is supposed to do though, I would advise getting clarifications from the office before booking an appointment here.

" LOL Let me start this review off by saying that one's experience and spa, at any point... Should never feel rushed or make one on edge. It is taking me a long time to post this review, because I like to believe the best in people. I want to think that she was having a bad day... But I feel an obligation to let clients know what they're getting into. NOTE: I was going to send this in an email to the former owner, Lisa but unfortunately the spa is *SHOCKINGLY* under new ownership now. (I visited the salon on my last trip to TN last July.) Emmy started the facial at 12:48 and ended the facial at 1:22. I'm not great at time management, but I could tell she was rushing, and she cut it short. I asked Emmy if she did the micro dermabrasion near my milia's on my eyes and she said no I'm not gonna put scrub on your eyes. I understand the eye area is delicate. I have worked in several high and spas in resorts. These milia's were big enough to get to safely- I only made the appointment because I was told him I saw that the aesthetician would take care of them. Upon getting into the treatment room, after I laid down onto the bed and was greeted with a knock maybe 10 seconds after getting undressed- I felt rushed, pressured and uneasy. I just washed my hair, and when she started putting stuff in my face, I asked if she had a headband or towel to keep it out of my hair. Not only did she not have a headband in the room - when I requested one she said, "I think I have one out there.." (with the pregnant pause and subtext of "but I'm not going to go the extra mile." (When anyone who has gotten a facial or done one properly knows the hair must be out of a client's face.) My response: "Oh if it's far no worries..." She never got the headband and continued with her "facial." Emmy immediately told me she couldn't do a scalp massage and a hand massage (or she'd run out of time,) and I said "okay, great as long as you can do the extractions!" Emmy didn't explain at all what she was putting on my face while she was doing it there was no communication it was completely uncomfortable.. nor did she ask if I had any sensitivities or allergies. RED FLAG. Nor did she ask if I wanted oil in my hair for the scalp massage I asked Emmy to get rid of the milias on my cheeks initially, but upon leaving on my way out at the front on, (in the reception area because I noticed she either forgot or ignored my comment and my right cheek had redness and heavy irritation due to her poking at the milias and not finishing.) When I asked about the milias she avoided completely and the two she picked at..note: this was in the reception area she said "THAT'S TINY and I have another client.. so I have to go." Her response in the most uninterested/unprofessional and catty tone. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism I was given, not only because of my experience, working in spas and going to many ... But also because there were other clients and the reception area, as well as the (obviously nice but learning,) brand new receptionist. If I was the owner or manager at this establishment, I would be absolutely mortified. I was embarrassed on behalf of the owner because it's a really cute place. I'm leaving the review now because I'm back in Tennessee and I still have hyperpigmentation from where she picked at my milias
