They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm. One of the worst air conditioning companies I have ever experienced. They may give you a cheap…read morequote but you get what you pay for. Their communication is slow or non existent, took them over a month to finally install my AC once it was agreed upon. Once they finally came out to install it was poorly done. Their truck smashed into my garage on the day of installation and they did a poor job trying to fix the crack they created. They sent someone to install the system with very little experience (first day on the job) who wired it completely wrong and damaged my brand new AC system. The system malfunctioned, causing the heatstrip to be on every time my AC was on so not only could my house not cool very well, my electric bill was almost $600. Juan and company refused to stand behind THEIR mistakes and said "they have no way of knowing if it was the AC that caused the bill to be so high" when I have never in my life had an electric bill over $200. After they came out to fix it the bill went back down to $100, so it was obviously their fault. The electric usage jumped to 200+kwh/day on installation and went back down to 30kwh/day after they fixed it over a month later. This company is a complete joke, with horrible work that they do not stand behind. In the end, if you're paying thousands for a brand new system pay extra for a more reputable company that knows what they are doing and will give you the support your need. You will deeply regret going with this company that cuts corners and does everything as cheap as possible to save a few dollars. Who knows what other damage they did to my system. Don't let this happen to you.

Had a new HVAC unit and new ductwork installed approximately 5 years ago, air flow has been a…read moreconsistent issue since day ONE, supposedly ductwork modification was done by original installers x 2 but we continued to have multiple issues. Kendry, the owner, came by last week and spent well over 30 minutes evaluating air flow and ductwork, end result: he and his team came out yesterday, changed out our mixing box to the correct size it "should" have been to begin with and added 14 feet of new ductwork. End result: our home has equal, more than adequate air flow, it's nice and toasty warm today and all something we have not experienced since original install! We are no longer heating or cooling our attic! And they did an annual tune up and changed my filter! These guys are HONEST, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job better than I cleaned before they came. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs, 100%!
