They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm. We have a variable speed Bryant and the company that installed it has been unable to keep the unit working correctly. We have had 45 visits from the other AC company whose Name begins with a capitol I. Dynamic responded with next day service and sent technician Steven Lilly who correctly diagnosed the problem and went back to his shop, obtained the correct part and completed the repair . AC has been working Flawlessly for 10 day straight. I contacted Bryant to thank them for the referral. As a consumer in North Tampa, Lutz save your self some money, head aches and hot Florida nights and start your service request with Dynamic AC. I could have saved 45 service visits and all of the charges for service changing out (warrantied parts). Yes the parts were covered by the other AC contractor but tehy charged a diagnostic fee of $89.00 then a second separate visit and fee to replace or repair the Warrantied item. We…read moreare going on day six with no air conditioning because of an evaporator coil that was not installed correctly by Dynamic Heating and Cooling. The original cost to replace the evaporator coil was over a 1000. Our air conditioner stop working on Friday 11/25/22. We had guest in from out of town for the holiday, which made their stay very uncomfortable. I called Dynamic but they do not offer service calls after hours or the weekends. Therefore, we called another air conditioning company to come out over the weekend in hopes to have it repaired. After the tech evaluated the air conditioner, we were informed they could not repair it because the issue was with the evaporator coil. The tech informed us the coil was not installed correctly by Dynamic Air and duck tape was used to seal the cover over it instead of screws. Here is a description from the tech that describes the issue. Found system restricted system is not flowing refrigerant properly system could be contaminated from opening system (last year evaporator coil replacement from previous company) and not pulling a good vacuum, system has duct tape holding the evaporator coil in place (if remove evaporator coil will be exposed to the outside temperature) previous company did not add the right parts to mount and seal the evaporator coil correctly please see pictures. I called Dynamic at 8 am Monday 11/28/22 because on their web page it states they open at 8 am. A answering service picked up the call and I was told they would relay the call and would have someone call me back. I waited over an hour and I did not receive a call back. I called again, still no one answer the phone but receive a voice mail box. I left a message, still no call back. I called again and talked to a customer service agent. I informed her I needed a technician to come out today (Monday 11/28, day four without air conditioning), she asked what time and I told her anytime is fine. I began to tell her the issue with the evaporator coil. She instructed me she wanted to talk to the owner and would call me back in twenty mins. I waited over an hour and half with no call back. I called Dynamic back again trying to schedule an appointment for Monday, no one answered the phone. I called several times and no one would answer the phone. I finally, got a hold of someone when I asked my son to call them. I was told they could not send anyone out on Monday and I would have to wait until Tuesday. In addition, to this they would be sending the same technician who initially installed the evaporator coil and ducked taped the cover on. I instructed her that I did not want the same tech to come out as it was not installed correctly by him the first time and using duck tap inside inside the condenser wasn't up to code. She told me they wanted the same tech to repair it, period. We decided to try and have it repaired by the company the came out over the weekend instead of with Dramatic Air since we were getting a run around by them. The estimated cost we receive to correct this issue was 2800. We decided to replace the unit instead of having it repaired. I found Dynamic Air to be very unprofessional. Because of the evaporator coil was not promptly installed it cost us 6000 to 7000 dollars right at the holiday session and with a recession going on.
