Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare. What really stands out is how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel rushed or talked down to. I googled an Auto Repair garage from the side of F67 and called H&M Auto. They told me to bring it in...they knew I was in a bind and kindly just took it and fixed me up after taking a code reader, vacuum hose to my stuck thermostat and after a test ride was back to a fully operational truck. They refused any form of payment and the owner just said "Merry Christmas!" Very kind great auto repair shop!
