We broke down in Savannah while on vacation and tried to get this guy to help us out. At first when we called he promised he would come right away. Then as the day went on he was a no show. When we called he had more excuses than Carter has liver pills and sounded like he was drunk to boot. I would highly recommend not using this service. DO NOT HIRE! Unfortunately, Mr. Simpson did not perform one of the services he told me I would receive and the other service failed to fix my car. I was told in our initial phone conversation that he would run a diagnostic on my car for 125.00 and then perform the services need to fix my car at additional costs. He did not perform a diagnostic, claiming his computer was not functioning properly. He made an assessment on the car without a diagnostic and convinced us it was the starter . We paid to have the starter replaced and we paid for the diagnostic that he said he come back and complete once his computer was fixed. He also guaranteed us that he warrantied all his work and should something go wrong with our car, he would return and fix it. The car ran for one day before it started shaking and cut off again. We contacted Mr.Simpson to let him know what was happening with the car. His responses where short, unclear, sarcastic, and borderline disrespectful. I remained patient because I had already spent almost 600.00 and I wanted my car fixed, along with the diagnostic. However, he clearly had a problem with coming back to work on the car, so I asked for a refund and told him we would look for another mechanic. He has yet to provide the refund, I did not get the diagnostic, and my car is still not running. I would not recommend his services. read more

I checked my car at 7:30 my car had not been touched.When called and questioned he stated well now I'm not fixing your car and good luck getting someone out there now and don't be surprised if the catalytic converter gets stolen out of it. I hired frank to do a diagnostic to see how much work would be needed for a brake job. He came two days after our booked date, one of his excuses was he had to go replace a bolt on a women car he forgot to put back on.(bad sign already). He did preform the diagnostic. He said he would send me a list off all the parts to order and he would install them on a Thursday, needless to say i text frank multiple times asking him to send me the list and asking if he wanted to come a different day instead. I have gotten no response which is good because now I would be stuck with a bunch of parts while searching for another mobile mechanic. I don't see his business lasting long before a lawsuit. (I added this portion after he had the nerve to reply to a bad review I put on google but not to messages): Time is money sir, you were Hired to come diagnose what you would need then to do the job. when you set up an appointment and don't show your just taking up time that could have went to a professional mechanic because your definitely not it. You talk a good game but we both know that but the bad reviews are on here for a reason. I forgot to add that you reply to every bad review because you know they are all true. People save yourself the trouble and hire someone else because this guy is full of excuses. I can attest that this guy has 1 good review for almost every 5 because that's about how many jobs he completes. 1 out of 5. He has time to respond to bad reviews but not to business.
