This place was recommended multiple times for pizza so I decided to order from here for lunch. I got a large pie with mushrooms. It's thin crust which I like, but the sauce had a more tangy flavor than I prefer. The pie was overall smaller than other local places that I order from for the same price. We've been trying local places over the last few years with the kiddos and found Franks to be the best in the area so far. Crust was tasted, undercarriage was firm, sauce tasty and toppings were plentiful. We'll put it through more tests over the next Friday pizza nights but so far so good. read more

Ordered the vegetarian pizza and loved that it was loaded with veggies - spinach, mushroom, broccoli, peppers, onion, and olives. Have the choice to order tomato or white sauce. The tomato sauce is the perfect amount of "tomoatoey," not too sweet. Ordered from here bc the pics on yelp show square pizzas and slices (which I feel come out a bit crispier) with medium thick crust. We got a round NY style pie w thin crust, a little soggy in the middle. Was delivered about 40 mins after ordering (0.5 mile away), but the pizza wasn't hot - had to reheat it in the oven. $25 for a large fed 3 hungry ladies with plenty left over for lunch tomorrow The menu on yelp doesn't list all the items they have and they didn't send a paper menu with delivery. Okay. So. I've been ordering from Frank's for probably about a year. Never ate in, just delivery. Their pizzas, special sandwiches, and hot sandwiches are AMAZING. Their appetizer type food is not. We've ordered fries, chicken nuggets, and the sampler. Also my burger today; the flavor was great, the veggies were fresh, but my bun was like double the size of my burger. Either they need smaller buns, or a bigger burger. Their Mac and cheese bites are good; at least according to my kids. They are always on time and the good things I mentioned are always hot, fresh, and amazing. I will always order from them, other than the appetizer type food. I have yet to order any of their pasta dishes(at least to my recollection , so I can't really comment on that. Our most common order is a the special chicken cheesesteak and the chicken parm sub. It wasn't all overflowing with tomato sauce, making the dough all soggy (I find that a lot around here). This place has become my go to pizza spot. I consider Pizza my favorite food and I have very high expectations for a good pizza joint. Excellent for delivery, excellent slice selections for dine in and a full dinner menu. They got my attention with their pizza, then the cleanliness, service and attention to detail confirmed this place is legit. Walked in one night close to closing, they had no problem serving me, said they would take orders up to closing no problem. They are happy to have the business. I have watched them prepping food and I see an passion for what they do , using fresh quality ingredients. Multiple times I have seen them cleaning and scrubbing the kitchen and work areas. Frank's Pizza is my favorite pizza place. I live right around the corner, and the main choices for pizza are Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Frank's. Frank's has a great selection and things that I haven't seen at other pizza places (buffalo chicken rolls!) and everything is delicious and well priced. My favorite thing to get are the aforementioned buffalo chicken rolls, which are buffalo chicken, and cheese inside bread, with a side of bleu cheese. Yum! read more

Each time I ordered franks in norristown the pizza was consistent and good the only issue is they find it acceptable to burn the hell out of garlic knots half of the time and the wings were always below average soggy mess. This franks gives less interest in their quality where every pizza ordered came out weirdly soggy, and then they burn the hell out of their garlic knots , fries, and fried dough, making it taste disgusting. I dont get where restaurants get off thinking serving garbage quality items they clearly can tell was over cooked is acceptable. Then want to be paid full amount for wasting ingredients from their incompetence in the kitchen, and serve customers burnt overcooked, or soggy pizza and think that is worth $30+. read more

I got the Greek pizza delivered. So, with delivered pizza, you got to accept some compromises. But, not with this pizza. The toppings were very flavorful and juicy. This is what made the crust so good. With wet toppings on this pizza, one would expect a soggy pizza. That's not the case with this pizza. We LOVE Franks. We have 1 day a week where we order out and Frank's has become our place. The food tastes great, they are friendly, and we have yet to have something we didn't like. With Covid-19 they have been open for delivery and incredibly accommodating to their customers. They're wraps are incredibly flavorful. Baked Ziti is unmatched and their Pizza is the best around. They even do a Gluten Free pizza which is extremely helpful for me. read more
