Very solid square pizza with a crispy crust topped with cheese followed by a robust, herb-infused tomato sauce. The quality is on par with the location in Bella Vista but this is MUCH closer, which is a huge plus. The cheesesteak with cabot on a seeded roll from Liscio's is also quite solid. Giving 1 star is being generous. I don't understand the praise about this style of pizza. Ordered a personal specialty pie of ricotta, pepperoni and hot honey. The dough was undercooked, the sauce was thin, bland and watery, like it came from a jar, and not homemade. You couldn't even see the pepperoni. The ricotta was diluted by the sauce, and there was so much honey, it should've been called a dessert pizza. The establishment was not clean and the service was not friendly, it was passive aggressive. The person that took my order didn't even understand what I was ordering. I had to show her the menu. WE LOVE THIS PIZZA! The square pizza is a bit of heaven. I personally am not a fan of marinara - one of my few flaws - but this is *THE* sauce. They herb it up, not too sweet, with a ton of flavor. They've got to be making their cheese from scratch. We love the appetizer sampler. It comes with three sauces and they're all amazing. When we're feeling sassy we get this peanut butter dessert that is unbelievable. It's got a cookie-brownie base, a peanut butter mouse filling, with chocolate ganache on top. We have a couple good pizza spots here in Skippack but I decided to try Santucci's in Hatfield even though it was a bit of a drive. I had heard the name before when I worked in Roxborough. We ordered a large square pie and my wife wanted a meatball sandwich. The meatballs were the dryest, most blah meatballs I've ever tasted. She ate a few bites and then moved on to the pizza. The crust was soft and the whole thing was kind of heavy and tasteless. Honestly, it was sort of like a slice of white bread toasted with a slice of mozzarella cheese on the bread and then some thickened V-8 juice spread on top. The rest of the pizza is still in the fridge. I'll try heating it up in the toaster oven for lunch because I hate to waste it. The rest of the $13.00 meatball sandwich landed in the dog bowl. The order total was over $33.00.... Not money well spent. read more

A welcome addition to the area. I believe it was pre pandemic when I heard they were opening a Hatfield location. I had never been to Philomena Santucci's other locations, but after checking them out on yelp, I was excited. Pizza joints are usually too similar to set themselves apart and good pizza is hard to find. Philomena Santucci's offers something fun and different and it's well executed. I've probably had about half the menu in the past year and I would definitely call myself a fan at this point. Some of my favorites are their meat lovers pie, the chicken bacon ranch, and the strombolis. I love being able to get a 4-slice "personal" pizza with any of their specialty topping combos that's probably enough for two people to share. The strombolis are huge and we usually make our own. They do not skimp on the toppings! Only things I didn't love here was when I created my own pizza I must've added too many toppings because everything (the toppings) was kinda loose and falling off like it couldn't cook through. Also didn't love the jarred sauce that I bought to have for an at home pasta night, however, the sauce is great on the pizza and to dip the stromboli in. Other than those minor hiccups, no real complaints. Great pizzas, awesome strombolis, plus the apps, pastas, salads, and desserts are all solid too. If you're tired of the same old pizza, give this place a try. My favorite order right now is a personal chicken bacon ranch pizza and a stomboli with ricotta, sausage, pepperoni, and green peppers. Food is very good and always ready and hot upon pickup. The pizza crust could use some work though. It's usually soft/soggy. Great tasting but it leaves room for improvement and more to be desired. Love this French fry varieties and everything else though. read more

Pretty good food I had the cheese stake egg rolls and cheesesteak with red sauce fried onions and sweet peppers... personally the biggest thing that I felt missing was the bread on the cheese stake I hear they make there own bread it tasted light and doughy but on a cheese stake personally I feel the bread should have a little toasty taste to it a lil crunch cheese steak egg rolls were amazing felt like they hand made them made them taste more fresh I have had better cheese stakes but there cheese stale was very good that's all read more

Absolutely best pizza in the area. I had no idea you opened a location in Hatfield until I drove by this morning and decided right there and then what I was having for dinner tonight. I grew up eating Santucci's weekly in Northeast Philly so I knew what to expect when I placed my order for dinner tonight. I ordered the large traditional plain pizza and it was as good as I remember, every bite brought me flashbacks of my youth growing up in Philly. For takeout we ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Garlic Parmesan Fries, and Cheesesteak Eggrolls. The pizzas were tasty but I must admit they were a bit too greasy for me (especially the meat lovers) which also made them a little soggy (I tend to prefer a crispier crust) . The fries were good.
