A small group of us, all coworkers stopped in for here one day for lunch. The young girl working the cashier position was very helpful with the menu and friendly too. We came in wanting pizza, but ended up getting wings, jalapeño poppers, and ravioli bites too. She made some helpful suggestions with the pizza and we ended up placing a pretty big order, for only 4 people. The food was all very nice. The wings were decent, sauce was nice. Ranch that came with the wings was great. The bleu cheese dressing was obviously bottled and not so great. The jalapeño poppers were really good, and so were the ravioli bites and their marinara sauce. The pizzas were quite tasty. The slices were interesting as there were 6 slices in a large instead of 8. The spatula even matched this amount of slices, which was interesting too. Flavor of the pizza was nice. Crust was a perfect thickness with a decent flavor and excellent stiffness too. The toppings were good, though slightly sparse. The restaurant itself is quite large, with plenty of seating. We placed our order when we went in and then they gave us a number and they brought all the food out when it was ready. They have fountain sodas in the dining room, so you can fill and get refills on your own. A nice place for Pizza and related grub.... I'd definitely return! read more

Not too bad pizza, definitely New York style. It was pretty inexpensive by the slice, we got 4 slices for about $20. I got pepperoni and cheese and my husband got cheese and buffalo chicken. The cheese was both of our favorites! The crust was nice and crispy and the toppings were thin, 2 things I love on a pizza slice! Service was quick and friendly. There's a huge dining area behind the restaurant counter with bathrooms, we opted to sit at the bar in the front of the registers. Funny enough this review of Frank's Pizzeria will not include my opinion on the pizza as I had an antipasto salad and lemon pepper chicken wings. Both items were good and fairly priced. Service was good too. The young man who took my order was friendly and welcoming. And although I didn't dine in, I did take a look around. This spot does a great job of separating the takeout experience and dine in experience. Looks like it could be a fun spot when crowded. Would definitely come back next time I'm in the area. so I'll start by saying that I have not been into the restaurant in person. I have only had it delivered through Uber eats. i've been craving New York style pizza for a long time and everything I try does not hit the mark, but when I got my delivery from Frank's it brought me back. we got the classic cheese, which is a must if you know New York style pizza only thing is that could've added a little more salt for my liking then we got the pepperoni with bell pepper and garlic and boy was that delicious and didn't need to add anything. If you love 1980s-90s arcade video games, you NEED to check out this place. They have plenty of machines and they are FREE to play. They also have pizza! You can get it by the slice. Big slices! Four dollars. It was ready to serve and I do have to admit I would have preferred it if it had been fresh out of the oven. I did not love it, to be honest. I think if I had come at a busier time it would have been better. So probably next time I would order a pizza and have it made to order instead. Or try pasta or a sandwich. Thought I'd try a new pizza place ...., Got a small side salad- it was fine, just plain- -2 Pizza sounded good. Now I know delivery is alway hot or miss. However the pizza was ice ice cold, I'd asked to have it cooked extra... nothing cooked extra. Was told last night, after waiting in a huge line that they didn't have pizza by the slice but that some would be coming out but that everyone would have to go back through the line to get it. So basically the entire line was going to have to cycle through with zero chance for food, since the pizzas are tiny. Employees were super rude about it. Why would anyone do that or get food there? I went to eat tonight and unfortunately will never return. I watched an employee display very unprofessional behavior and service. The delivery driver asked 2 questions and the employee proceeded to pull out a taser and threaten him and call him out his name, I don't know the employees name but he had a long black beard. I would understand if the delivery driver was being rude or out of pocket but from what I seen he was very polite and stood his ground while being threatened, yelled at, and called out his name. I have been to one of the other locations and was not impressed! Coming here I knew it would probably be the same as the other location. I went right before a concert because it was quick an convenient. They have ready made slices for a deal and I got a buffalo chicken slice. It was pretty thin crust but tasted pretty good. Placed an order on DoorDash they should be order. The DoorDash person called me to inform that they were waiting in a line of patrons that we're leaving the capital District bars to order from franks. I tried to call the restaurant to inform them that my Doordash person was there to pick up my order. She was rude, completely blew me off and and advised to she me basically that she didn't care nor know if my food was ready and essentially that she's got other people to attend to. So the owner keeps flagging my review because apparently he doesn't want people to know what kind of persons he is. I called in an order. When I went to get it there were 2 gentlemen placing an order. My order was set in the window by a kitchen staff member. The owners 11 y/o daughter looked at the ticket, I asked if it was for Dave. The owner told me I would have to wait until he was done waiting on the 2 men who were there when I got there. He then took my order and walked to the other end of the counter and put it in the warmer, even though it was already paid for. I lean against the wall and waited. He drug out the order as long as possible then escorted them to the diner area. When he returned I asked why he didn't just hand me the food rather than put it in the warmer. He then told me to leave the store. I told him I had already paid for my food and he shrugged his shoulders and again told me to leave. At no time was I rude. Until he was rude to me. As I walked out the door I did tell him to f-off. The only explanation I can think of is I had on a anti-trump shirt, and he is a trump fan. I would not recommend. What was suppose to be the perfect Father's Day almost got ruined by this place! We came out of the CWS 3 generation grandpa, father and son just wanted something to eat. We walk in and the moment we walk the first thing we hear is "stand in line and move forward" (not the best greeting but we did as instructed.) When it was my turn to order I saw some pizza that looked like it had been there for a while so I asked if they had anything coming out and he's response was "that's what we have." Meanwhile grandpa had asked if he can sit in the dinning area and he was told that he had to order before sitting to which was exactly what we were doing at the time. After we got our food we went to the back to eat, my son wanted another slice so I went to go get it. I ordered three different slices. When it was time to pay there was four slices. I told the cashier " I want three slices" and once again Mr. Personality almost yelling tells me says "you ordered four slices." I said, "I'm sorry but I only want three slices." Again he tells me "NO! You have to buy all 4 slices" which I responded "What about if I don't by anything?" and then he proceed it to throw me out of the place! But here is where it gets crazier, my son was still in the back waiting for his slice so I tell him "yes I'm out of here soon as i get my son".
