Frannie's Goodie shop is a self serve frozen yogurt (froyo) shop. They have approximately 75 flavors and 100 toppings. Those toppings are crushed candies, cookies, fruit, chocolate, and more. They also sell a small assortment of candies. If you're watching those calories, they have sugar free and dairy free options. There also have shakes, playa bowls and even coffee and hot chocolate. Another sweet tooth option are crepes. We were looking for a candy shop and stumbled upon this place. There was snow on the ground and it was cold out, but we still enjoyed our froyos. My kids definitely loved it. I had the pistachio froyo with mochi and strawberries. Overall, a good froyo shop with many treats to choose from. read more

No photos because I devoured my frozen yogurt in 90 seconds. The classic tart with strawberries, pineapples, and chocolate crumble is heavenly on a sweltering summer day - both refreshing and a healthier than the usual ice cream and so so delicious. Cannot believe I've lived here three years and haven't been before. Got a punch card and coming back all summer. 5 stars!!!! read more

My wife and I arrived at Frannie's five minutes before closing. We weren't greeted with a "Hello" or kind gesture. We were greeted with "We close in 3 mins." We went to go get desert and we're a tad confused as to how to get toppings because there were no serving spoons out. The girl employee was RUDE. The guy employee went to the back because he wasn't interested in helping. When I asked "Hi how do you add toppings?" The girl said "We're trying to get out of here. What do you want?...I'll just add it at the counter." My wife saw how rude she was and said forget it to toppings as she just wanted to pay and leave. Mind you two cups of yogurt with ONE topping was $28! $28 is expensive! ESPECIALLY for a terrible experience. It was a TERRIBLE experience. TO MANAGEMENT: 1) Train your employees on proper customer service. I can't count 100 different ways to better position that the store is closing. 2)If your employees are shutting down the store before closing hours change your hours! I've worked customer service in the past and you should serve and be kind till the buzzer rings! 3)The girl should be fired. She was more concerned with leaving immediately then helping your clientele. I hold a ton of influence and am the top Account Executive at a tech company. What a rush! I am traveling and ran across FranniesGoodieShop in Mount Kisco, and what a pleasant surprise! I don't usually write reviews but wow! The store underwent a renovation recently, and even though it has made the prices raise, I would say it is worth it for the experience. The workers were an absolute delight even under pressure! I ordered a smore's crepe and the girl that made it was amazing! The guy worker was very friendly and kept making jokes with us. Great environment. Super clean, super fresh ingredients. Some of the froyo shops I've been to since covid have been a bit challenging as they serve it for you or their toppings are separated into little cups. Frannie's made us feel normal and like there were no restrictions which was a breath of fresh air right now. They have awesome flavors and toppings too! Highly recommend if you've never been. This place has great frozen yogurt but it is very pricey. Tonight... I visited the location and I noticed they put spoons in while the frozen yogurt is on the scale. (.85 an oz)$$$ and I called the cashier out on it. She said she charged me for the weight before the spoons went in. I paid and did the math afterwards.... 19oz of froyo at .85= $16.15 and with tax I was charged $17.54. So I was charged for the spoons. Same thing last time. I paid over $1 for spoons multiple times . I don't mind paying a little more for good frozen yogurt but let's not nickel and dime good customers to death now. read more

This really didn't taste good at all..... wasn't sure if I was going crazy till I tried my kids too and it tasted horrible.... Like frozen burnt yogurt. People act very odd with a fake personality of being happy but it's really creepy and annoying...... what makes it worse is the price is beyond what it should be for frozen yogurt when they said I'm total was over 30$ I was a little shocked..... I totally understand inflation but this is not for me. I'm going back to my old mom and pop yogurt shop they are much nicer and it has a more modern look of a yogurt shop instead of all these crazy colors to the point it hurts your eyes and can't focus on what flavor to get.... read more

Tasteless bland yogurt at $8.00 an average size cup. Great topping selection but think about it, you try to save calories and fat with frozen yogurt (bland in this case and I tried small amounts of 3 flavors), and then toss on chocolate, fudge and a bunch of other fattening toppings, seems a scam to me, either way, the price is absurd, we have average size cups not close to over filled and it was $8 each. Absurd. Try Ben and Jerry's or Carvel, both a 5 minute drive. This place is next to the movie theater but most people probably wouldn't return. Skip it. read more

The Yogurt, toppings, variety, service, cleanliness, location all outstanding. The original is tart, all the chocolates I have tried are great, toppings delicious, fruit fresh, whipped cream yummy. However it is too pricey - on average over $6/person. With their two choices of container, both with the same 16 oz volume, it easily gets to 10 oz, and you don't want to be behind your kids taking the fun out of it. I would very much like to see an 8oz cup (other shops have it), what about cones ? I suspect it will be a while, packed every time I go by - but are people going as often as they want? A terrific location for a dessert/yogurt shop! The selection of yogurts and toppings is very good, and it is certainly very tempting to stop after the movies, and I think the yogurt matches up well after pizza, Mexican or Greek food, which are all nearby. It's a terrific addition to town. I have one disappointment, though. It has a level of service similar to Panera Bread, meaning that it is staffed by disinterested teenagers. You know, a hello goes a long way! And, someone has to neaten up the toppings. But, keep in mind that I've only stopped by with a mob coming out of the theater, so I let that slide a bit, and I'm happy to have a second choice in town. read more

How can you not love this place? -The flavors are great (and always changing) -Great toppings - healthy or indulgent (Captain Crunch on frozen yogurt is pure genius) -Free samples -Great homemade goodies. I discovered this place a few months ago and am surprised I waited this long to rate it. Top down the best frozen yogurt I have ever had- the consistency is nice because it feels like your eating ice cream- they have plenty of options for toppings and many of their fro yo flavors are gluten free! The girls in the shop are nice and let you sample whichever flavor you request. I don't go anywhere else for fro yo and make the drive to Frannie's every time! read more
