They have a frozen yogurt self serve bar, too, the only vegan option when we went there was a honeydew melon sorbet which I didn't try but sounded good. For non-vegans there is an assortment of muffins, breads, bagels, and cinnamon rolls. They also offer Rock Springs pies. She has a very neat, short haircut but I did not get her name. She was incredibly efficient and kind to every person who came through the door. I come get acai bowls here three times a week. That's roughly 25$ a week. I have no problem doing that. Because it's always amazing! Today, was different. I came ordered my usual, no banana no coconut and first time it was made with banana accidentally but it was re made, it was re made and it was EXCEPTIONALLY SMALL AND HALF OF MY CUP WAS EMPTY. It was all granola and hardly any acai. I asked them the guy told me " I followed the recipe" (basically I'm wrong) so I told them I'm here all the time I know what it's supposed to look like, as I compared my fiancé's PITAYA bowl that he just ordered and the comparison was SUPER noticeable. And the girl shrugged her shoulders. I asked for more acai because I paid 7 something for it and they didn't make me any and said there was no one I could call to complain either. super disappointed because I love coming here for my bowls they're always amazing but today, they did nothing to comp me or help my issue and didn't even care just shrugged their shoulders and just said they followed the recipe. This is the best coffee shop and frozen yogurt place in Northern Arizona. I come to Frannie's with my husband and kids at least 3 times a week, and have NEVER been disappointed. Their selection of baked goods is phenomenal (they even have lemon-filled muffins!) and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The owners, who are heavily involved in the daily workings of Frannie's, always make a point of engaging with us when we come in. Frannie's also offers wifi, so often stop in and sit in the back room to get work done during the week. This shop is great for residents, and should be a destination for visitors to Prescott as well. The unique car/train theme and kid-friendly, clean environment is both inviting and comfortable. read more

What a perfect day for frozen yogurt!! So we walked to Frozen Frannies. The selection of flavors and toppings was great.. The problem wasn't getting the yogurt.... It is self serve and the line moves right along. . They had only one cashier which made for a BIG problem. Our yogurt melted before we had the chance to pay. It all had an artificial, highly processed flavor. It reminded me of something you'd have if you were on a sugar restricted diet. Even the chocolate was a loser. I love Frozen Frannies! I work just across the street and they deliver my coffee to me, which is great when I don't have time to stop by before work. They have some of the best espresso and really good chai tea latte.
