They are so uncomfortable and it's the first thing I noticed. The food made up for it but getting seating down is really important, and I promise you can make the place still look eclectic and unique by replacing them rather than put your paying customers through pain while eating (I couldn't get pain out my head while eating and my date and I fought over who got the real seat with a straight back). The couches can stay but those chairs suck. The place is fun, different, English -- definitely, and kinda weird, which I actually like. But those chairs man......... how can someone eat and not have back pain in them? I'm very open and honest so I hope you take this with feedback well. I'll try again once those are fixed -- promise! Everything else is cool. I love the books, the fish n chips weren't bad , but your portions are small. I think your prices were a bit expensive and expensive for what you get. The crisp dessert was cool and delicious. Service was very fast.

They have a large inside eating area but also a beautiful patio and the weather was perfect! I had the prickly pear cider, which was dry but crisp. They let my friend sample multiple wines before picking, which I thought was great choice and the pours were generous. They only have beer and wine from what I saw but a large selection! For dinner my grandpa had the beet salad which he really enjoyed but heavy on the dressing. My grandma had the chicken wrap, also delicious and enough for two meals! My friend and I shared the mahi mahi tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The portion was perfect. The tacos were phenomenal, some of the best I've had. The quesadilla was also huge with good salsa. I recommend their green hot sauce, it was spicy but not too hot and paired well with the tacos and quesadilla! Will definitely be a Prescott favorite!

When we finally get up to the register, we tried to order breakfast at 11:02 and the cashier sharply told us we just stopped serving breakfast at 11:00. She felt rude when she said to us as well, but that's just our opinion. I understand swapping the menu over at a certain time and gearing the kitchen towards a lunch focused menu, but we were in line WELL BEFORE 11 am, and the person in front of the person in front of us, ordered breakfast! I'm usually not someone to write a review on anything, much less a negative one, but I feel like a little understanding would've been appropriate. We ended up getting a wonderful breakfast around the corner at The Cowboy Kitchen. (Wayyyy better vibe anyway.)

So it's relatively new. We were staying next door at the Motor lodge Inn. I thought I would grab a coffee from the Edison and that would be it, but I ended up going there 3 days in a row. This place is adorably remodeled with a retro vibe that is up to date. There is a seating area with electric outlets under each spot which I fully appreciated so I could do some work. The food is very good and the coffee even better. We went back for happy hour one afternoon and enjoyed a delicious $8 cocktail. Can't beat that. The market area itself is well done, nice bottles of wine & liquor with interesting snacks. I wish that my neighborhood had a place like this next door, I'd be there all the time. All in all, if you're in Prescott near the downtown courthouse area, take a drive up Montezuma to stop at the Edison Market, it's worth the visit.

Also beer, wine and variety of non alcoholic beverages. They also make cocktails! Very clean and organized. I ordered their Rockin Nutty Latte and it was pretty good! Perfect way to start off a long busy day! My only complaint would be their pastries... my friend ordered a pistachio croissant and I ordered a plain bagel. The croissant was stale and hard. And my bagel was super crunchy as well. We assumed it was frozen or old. While leaving we did see what looked to be a baker delivering all fresh pastries. Just make sure you ask if they're baked fresh.. we were there right when they opened. Other than that. It is a cool place! Check them out!
