I love frozen yogurt. I am not very picky when it comes to frozen yogurt. I have maybe never met a frozen yogurt I didn't like. Until tonight. Oh dear- it tasted terrible. Since I'm such a lover, no sample cups are required for me. I grabbed dulce de leche and cake batter. Two distinct yet delicious flavors, right? Nope- I literally could not tell them apart. They both tasted like semi sweet almost caramel if that caramel was made entirely of sugar substitute. It was so bad. After a few bites, I gave up and threw it away. I made a special trip to pick up a several gift cards for my family on Thursday, May 12th in the early afternoon and I was treated very poorly. There is a sign on the counter about gift cards and when the young lady tried to assist me she could only find the envelopes that the cards are placed in. She requested assistance from the other female employee and she came out front from the back and said we don't have gift cards. When I questioned her about the sign she said: "we don't do gift cards". So with that I will definitely take my business elsewhere and make sure others are aware of the poor and rude customer service!! I do enjoy some good yogurt and/or ice cream every now and then, especially when im out of town or on vacation...in this case i was. This place defintely will get you wanting to come if you just peeked your head in or walked by. Its a tiny little joint but has 3D cars and items on their walls and a train that goes around the place, its fun to watch and look at and great spot for the little ones. After a horrible experience two doors down at Goodies, where I left sticky and yelled and sworn at by the owner there (see my review on them for details), I went into Frozen Fannies to wash up and order a replacement from them. Upon walking in I was greeted with smiles, a clean bathroom, wonderful service and delicious frozen treats. When Elena and Cameron had heard about what had happened to me next door they even insisted on giving me Half off my order even though I protested. They were extremely kind and made my day. My fiancé enjoyed the magic monkey shake which was absolutely delicious and I had some frozen yogurt. Everything was tasty and refreshing and even at full price, quite reasonably priced. I will make a point to eat here whenever I'm in town and would encourage others to come here as well. This shop compared to the one two doors down is the perfect example of how a simple customer service experience can make your day wonderful or terrible. What a wonderful place. Service is great (even when the line was out the door, the clerks were pleasant and apologetic for the wait). I went 2 nights in a row. The first night I got an Italian Soda and the next night I got the frozen yogurt (chocolate/vanilla swirl). Both items were fantastic but the frozen yogurt was exceptional. More topping options than I've ever seen in any frozen yogurt store. They have a vast menu of ice-cream, coffee drinks, pastries and more. It gets crowded, even in the off-season when we went, but it's so worth it! read more

Stayed in a vacation rental right in downtown Prescott and we really enjoyed coming into Frannies for coffee every morning! There are so many great little coffee shops but we just stuck with the place we loved right from the start. They use a local organic coffee (if I remember right) and it's very very good! They have lots of treats too, from frozen yogurt to baked goods. Love the seating right out front to enjoy cute little Prescott life. Had family in from out of town and thought we would try this place out. staff was very accommodating to us when one of the little ones grabbed the wrong flavor. Downside was the bathroom situation. We enjoyed visiting Frannie's during our Fall Vacation. They had plenty of sweets for the whole family. They also had a great selection of drinks, even boba! The staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean and spacious, for a parent taking multiple children at the same time (it's a 1 person bathroom) the seating area was spacious too. Our family loved sitting in the rear area on couches. They had some games, books, and vintage-items to look at and enjoy. We were able to enjoy our treats and then head to the back to relax and get the some giggles out of the way of other costumers and the cold weather. read more

Very cute place in downtown. The staff was very friendly and explained how the process worked. They also let us sample the flavors before we filled our cups. There are so many flavors and topping combinations, I wonder if anybody has calculated how many? What I liked the most was that I could get a small amount of yogurt and only had to pay for what I wanted which makes it perfect for satisfying the sweet tooth even if your stuffed from a big meal. The kids loved the decor and ate their entire yogurt bowls sitting in peddle cars. Will definitely stop in when I'm in town. Recommend! read more

After a horrible experience at "Goodies" a few doors down (you can look up my 1 star review on Yelp if you're curious) we gave Frozen Frannies a try, what a world of difference. Elana (sp?) and Cameron took great care of us, didn't limit the number of samples we were able to try ad even gave us a discount after seeing what we dealt with at Goodies. Not only was the customer service outstanding but the decor was super cute too. They have cute vintage cars for kids to sit in, plenty of patio seating, and even a borrow-able wagon you can pull your kids around the square in. Of course the frozen yogurt was delicious too. I had the "magic monkey shake" which was a sweet kick of banana to my face! My lovely fiancé had a simple swirl of chocolate, vanilla & strawberry which was simple but delightful. If you need a sweet treat in downtown Prescott, go to Frozen Frannies and NOT to the awful "Goodies". read more

Cute little family-owned shop right across from the courthouse square. Very bright, clean store area with fun, retro decor. They offer 10 flavors at a time, all pretty delicious. Lots of topping options, too. Not sure of the price per ounce, but our 3 big cups cost only $7.50. They have a stamp card for locals, buy 9 and get the 10th free. My family loves frozen frannies! They are our go-to place for all things sweet. Their espresso bar hasn't been mentioned so I thought I'd inform everyone-- their coffee is GREAT! I have been a customer at this establishment for years, even worked here for sometime. I understand a lot as I've been in the service industry for all of my years that I have been working. Today, I was disappointed as I brought my friend in for some ice cream. We walked in through the back entrance and we're not greeted, which I could say is understandable, not a big deal. We walked to the ice cream case and stood there for roughly 3-4 minutes before I had to ask if we could try some samples. Now, there wasn't anyone else in the store at that time. As a former employee, this caught me off guard a bit since we were held to high standards as far as customer service was concerned. More customers shuffled in after we received our samples and one of the workers assisted them, while the young man assisted us. He seemed to be new, beaming with anxiety, which again is understandable. My friend and I both ordered a 5oz bowl of ice cream, she requested that a waffle cone be placed on top of the ice cream inside of a bowl. After waiting 6-7 minutes while they scooped other orders and attempted to restock ice cream she received her scoops in a cone that was then placed in a bowl. Not what she asked for but we understand. I received my ice cream and we sat outside. She broke apart her cone to reveal a significantly less amount of ice cream than mine, even though they were the same. I'm not typically one to complain or even leave reviews but it seems that the staff they have definitely needs more training or just simply better guidelines. read more

Took the kids here for a day out. We were completely disappointed in the lack of taste the ice cream and cookies had. It was pretty awful. I got butter pecan and thew it out, it literally had no taste at all, my husband who uses ice cream to solve a bad day or celebrate anything did not even drink his shake. It was unanimous by the family that we have NEVER known him to leave ice cream behind so that speaks volumes. I'm not sure of the product they are buying but they should seriously replace it with a product worth buying. We literally threw our money in the trash. We didn't try the yogurt so can't speak about that. And no we didn't complain or ask for our money back it was all young kids working and we just decided we won't go back.
