With help from her guest designers, she has released her own everyday line of quality stamps & mini dies (made in the USA): animals, holidays/seasonals, women/men to list a few She especially carries products that are hard-to-find or discontinued, some which you could not find elsewhere (not even on eBay), so that makes her very dependable as a retailer, both in-person and online. I have placed a few large orders with her mainly because of the dies. She offers free shipping $150+ in the USA (those dies add up because it's made of metal) and ships within a couple of days. I received them Priority Mail in a box and they arrived undamaged. She also includes a surprise free goodie with that free shipping special. I have never had any issues with my orders with her since. I was nervous about ordering from someone I didn't know but the service was amazing and the shipping was lighting FAST! Like the previous review, this one's also based on an online order. I was searching for a specific ink set for paper crafting online that was either sold out or overpriced at most places! I ended up purchasing it at Franticstamper.com for a reasonable price on 04/06. At the time I thought I created an account during checkout, but didn't. I called on 04/09 to see if I could link the order with my account. She was very professional and pleasant to speak with! Beware of shipping charges. Ordered online. Policy stated that if actual shipping charges were less than the high price they charged, they would REFUND the overage. Well, I received an e-mail informing me that my package was sent and they overcharged for shipping but would not refund the amount. The only would give me a credit on my next order. But, wait, I don't want to order again. I think the shipping policy is misleading. Folks, you can charge what you want for shipping as long as it's clearly stated, but don't tell me you're going to refund if you have no intention of doing so. I ordered knowing the shipping would turn out to be less, so I expected a refund, not a credit. read more

This is a review from an online order. After searching everywhere for some discontinued scrapbook paper, I found it on her website. I couldn't push buy fast enough. Then after that I browsed her website and ordered a few other things. She combined my 2 purchases and refunded the shipping for one of the packages. ..I received my package quickly, in perfect condition and with a few extra presents inside. Very happy customer.
