And then had the audacity to print a ticket stating it was 14K thinking I wouldn't notice. There was no way in hell I would've left my gold there with them. I took the $ because I was in a bind and then came back a week later to get it out of pawn. Don't deal with these losers! Cash connection is much more professional and actually give you the weight value for your gold.

So far, I have found most items to be fairly priced, with several higher ticket surprises that made me laugh out loud. But pricing is not on the owner. It's on the renter. On that note, unkempt rental spaces are an eyesore and probably impact newcomers returning, or business reviews. Also, if I have to "dig" through boxes, I'm not buying. I encourage sellers to display everything & make all wares easily accessible to a potential buyer. People come in to purchase. You want to sell your stuff? Don't make them dig and sweat over a box to find vintage linen napkins. Seriously. That said, I've found and purchased an array of items here I have enjoyed very much. The lack of service mentioned in another review probably has to do with the fact that it is run by volunteers. It is also generally a VERY slow place to work (I have talked with the people in there a lot) and when you get literally a costumer every three hours I can see why they may get caught up in a personal conversation..... sometimes it is other regulars (customers) who have sat down to chat as I would guess was the situation Marie was talking about because they never have more than two people on at a time as that would be ridiculous in the small slow store. If not being greeted ruins a shop for you so completely than I would say maybe you have the problem...........As a shop girl myself else where I know about 75% of the time I greet people they either IGNORE me completely or act like I am the most annoying person on earth. Its happening less because I can read people better. I can usually tell the ones that want to be greeted helped from the leave me alone types.

It's one of the best places I've come across in years that carries both women's and men's vintage fashion from all different eras. The vast selection in this petite boutique has some of the highest quality at the most reasonable prices... I got a rock star vintage black leather jacket for $40 bucks, half the price of what I found at a place in the city... It's soooo Awesome! It's just one of the many finds here.
