Very frustrating and I didn't even get an apology for their mistake, just seems like the office staff is slightly incompetent. I recently got new insurance but it's not going to show up in the system for a few days, however, they will not see me until the insurance goes through. I haven't had this experience before, a doctor/dentist has never refused me and has always been able to obtain my information later on after the appointment. Just all around frustrating. Otherwise I appreciate the very basic structure of this place, definitely not super fancy or nice or anything. It's a get in and get out type of place which I appreciate because it doesn't waste my time (until this experience). Could be cleaner. If I could rate 2.5 stars I would. I will say also I got a filling once and one of the shots of novacane left a huge bump and bruise on my cheek for a few weeks. I've gotten plenty of fillings and that has never happened to me before.

I'm no dentist but every dentist I've gone to in my lifetime has flossed my teeth and emphasized the importance of flossing. 4) he pointed out his findings at the end but did not provide anything I could do at home about them....which my dentists in the past have always done. Again, if you don't have insurance or have no other option, it's better than nothing. But I certainly will not be coming back.

I first went for a regular cleaning after getting new insurance. The dentist kind of poked around for a little while, flossed my teeth, took xrays and then had his assistant (who never spoke to me) polish my teeth. My usual experience with cleanings is that they scrape plaque but this guy never did any of that. I felt like my teeth were just as clean as if I had just brushed them at home. This was in 2013 2. I called in 2014 to schedule a cleaning and left messages but no one ever called me back. I should have switched then but I gave him another shot. 3. I went in a few weeks ago for another cleaning after finally getting someone to schedule an appointment for me and waited for 45 minutes then had the same experience as in 2013. I have had an array of procedures from multiple cavities, pulled teeth, crowns, root canals and most recently, Invisalign. Prior to coming here, I had a few bad experiences at the dentist and have always been very apprehensive. He is very gentle and thorough with the numbing process and frequently checks in to make sure the pain is under control and that you cannot feel anything. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and the importance of your oral health. I am a third of the way done with Invisalign and everything is moving slowly but surely. I have felt very informed throughout the whole process thus far. His staff is also phenomenal - very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job at scheduling and limiting the wait times in the waiting room. I will say, early morning appointments are best because he is very busy. All in all he deserves 5 stars or more.
