This is a cool place with lots of seatings and unique decor which sets the ambience. The comfiest seating is probably one of the round sofas and gives plenty of space for the food. Günter's has a wide variety of sausages, which are served on baguettes with chimichurri, sauerkraut, hojhoj sauce (a slightly spicy sauce), and mustard. Rather than cut the baguette in half, they drill a hole in the middle, and then fill it with the sausage and toppings, which makes for a neat eating experience without condiments dripping out of the side of the bun. All of the ingredients seem to be high quality, and the chimichurri is an amazing compliment to the sausage. (I always get the sausage with everything, but the chimichurri stands out.) I've been to Günter's at least four times over multiple trips to Stockholm. I've liked everything I've eaten there, but I don't have a standard sausage I order. On this most recent visit, I had the sucuk (a turkish sausage), which was great.
