We had heard that the pizza here was good for quite a while. We finally made it and it was a great experience! The service was very friendly and the pizza was delicious. What a great pie! We decide to stop in today, which is our first time ever being here although we have had their pizza with friends at home. We were warmly greeted and could see that we would order at the counter and have a seat. I went ahead and took a seat. Then my wife ordered for us then came over to join me. Within a short amount of time they brought our salads and garlic knots over. The garlic knots were very warm and fresh plus there was a side of pizza sauce to dip them in. Let me tell you they are delicious. The salads were a good size portion and their Italian dressing should never be passed up. It is probably one of the best that I have ever had. We had barely finished our salads. When our pizza came out. I asked for my usual/go to which is pepperoni and sausage on one half that my wife ordered for me. She had her ham and bacon on the other half. With that dreaded pineapple that I don't think belongs on pizza, but she loves it. First pizza west of the Mississippi I can say is the closest to NY style pizza and therefore receives a 5. They understand 3 inches of Cheese does not make a great pizza! The crust and sauce is number 1, then cheese. The crust was thin, crisp and well done on the bottom. The sausage was sliced the same way as Bruno's one of the top 100 found in New Jersey. Sauce was great albeit not as good as mine e.g. could use more oregano but still better than most. Yes, the assembly line pizza with conveyer belt is the thing heading west but this seems to be an oven (did not go in) heated to 600-700 F. Nice job! read more

Very flavorful, great taste, nice bite, size was adequate with a salad or another item. Sauce wasn't too bad not to sweet, not to bitter, I did want a bit more garlic . Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, area. Plenty of seating! Prices: very fair prices. Personal Buffalo chicken pie, side garden salad with a grilled chicken breast, and fountain special for $15! Parking: Plenty of space, shared strip mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and adequate size. Atmosphere: During the weekend dinner rush, it was a pretty busy but not crazy. Amazing New York Pizza! The best in the area. We added fresh garlic to our supreme and it couldn't have been better.

We ordered takeout, and the food traveled ok. 1. Garlic knots with cheese - great flavors, had we eaten there, I think the texture would have been better. (4/5 ) 2. New York style - this was pretty good it needed to be reheated, but that's expected of this style. Once reheated, it was pretty tasty slightly on the oily side. (4/5 ) 3. Steak hoagie - overall great flavors. However, the bun was a little soggy from the travel. I suspect if we had eaten as soon as prepared, it would have been better. Definitely the best New York Style pizza around,..hands down but their customer service and their attention to detail is unmatched! Me and my wife had yet another pleasant experience dining here and after receiving our already most delicious ever pizza, we were told we would receive yet another same size/ingredient pizza for free because our original pizza wasn't shaped right! I called in a take out order for two large pizzas, picked them up piping hot and drove and immediately bit into that cheesy goodness...and I have to say FINALLY after 8 years I have found a pizza slice that remotely resembles a real New York pie. Mmmmm. It was exactly what I wanted. Too bad they don't deliver to my area because I would be here way too often. The pizza dough is nice and thin, and there is a perfect sauce to toppings ratio that creates that chewy yet saucy cheesy bite with just a bit of grease dripping off that I expect out of a good slice of pizza. The garlic knots garlic flavoring all went to the bottom of the container and could've been stronger. Enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and sauce. I was in town for business and looking for something quick and easy to take back to my hotel. I saw Fratelli's on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did because their pizza was DELICIOUS and the closest thing I've had to NY pizza without being in NY. I got a medium 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni. It was a huge portion and could have easily fed 2-3 people. You should give them a try if you are looking for a delicious, NY style pizza! read more

Was in Cincy for a large soccer tourney and had lunch here due to solid Yelp reviews. The pictures people had posted on Yelp looked like the type if pizza I prefer. New York style on the thinner side. Order a large half cheese and half pepperoni and it did NOT disappointed. Excellent crust, sauce and cheese.. probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Definitely top two. Would give them 4 and 1/2 stars, but cant so I land on four. I will never give a perfect five star score because there might be something better somewhere. We have been going here for years and tonight may have been the last time. The pizza here used to be top notch NY style pizza that you can't get anywhere else in this city. The Craiger was something I used to crave. We moved farther away so only go on rare occasions now so that kinda sucks. The last time we went the crust had gone down hill. No longer had a crisp and they had lost some luster. Maybe an off night, so didn't bother me too much. Tonight we were in the area so figured we would give it a shot. We walk in at 7:39 and immediately are told they close at 8 tonight so the dining room is closed but still available for take out. I used to work in restaurants so I know if you close at 8, anyone who walks in prior to 8 is welcome. Kitchen staff usually isn't too pleased with late walk ins but nonetheless you're getting served. Not tonight. I have heard grumbling that over the last few years there is new ownership/management and the food/service has gone downhill. I think tonight it was proven. read more

Hmm, what to say about this pizza: 1. Did not grow up with NY style pizza per se, so maybe I didn't know what I was getting myself into? 2. Have only dined on the pizza once. (carry-out) 3. Not worth the money. So, when you're feeling low, and want to be lazy, what do you do? Pick up a pizza. But, this pizza make make you feel even worse. The pizza looks and tastes sad. Incredibly salty. Shared a medium with my husband, the crust was almost too tough to chew. Did I mention salty?
