We decided to give the restaurant another chance, hoping our previous experience was just a one-time issue, but unfortunately we encountered the same problem again. We genuinely like supporting local businesses and would much rather be leaving a positive review. However, being completely overlooked after being seated is frustrating and not the experience we expect when dining out.
