Great Pizza!!! Had dinner there on Friday and it was amazing. Authentic Italian pizza like I had when I visited many yeas ago. Took me back. The crust was fluffy and fat chili oil took it over the too Brussels sprouts were baked, not crispy, but the flavor was spot on. Bruschetta was fantastic. No balsamic vinegar, and I loved it. Nothing was over salted. Our waitress was great. Very pleasant and was attentive to all of our needs. Alberto the owner, did a great job with the inside. Felt very warm and inviting. The only thing I wish was they had a Negroni. The non-alcoholic Spritz was weird. Loved the Roman beer though. Definitely coming back. read more

This place had great reviews, and it's right next-door to where I work. So one night I decided to try it out m. takeout. We got the more to tell the Pizza and a marinara pizza. We also got a salmon and an eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant Parmesan was good, but tiny and $22. Did not fill me up at all. The salmon was overcooked and dry. The marinara pizza was OK, not great. And did not do well With the time between coming out of the oven and going in our stomachs. Crust was good and chewy though. I did not get a taste of the mortadella pizza, but my eldest son said it was very good. read more

I've been three times and the food is exceptional . The Pizza is expertly crafted with the finest of ingredients. The Eggplant Parmesan was great too. Order the Buratta , The Beets to start. Next time we are going to try the meatballs. We are a table of pretty advanced palates and could not be happier about its arrival. Tried to order here before 9pm on a Wednesday, and they were closed, despite updating their hours on yelp two days ago to reflect being open until 10pm. Closing before 9pm for dinner (when people are still in traffic on their way home from work) aside, if you can't stay open during your posted hours, don't run a restaurant. read more

I was with a group of friends who went for dinner with last night at Fratm. We ordered the beets, Brussels sprouts, and little gem to start, and the eggplant pizza, the special fettuccine with short ribs, and the lasagna. Everything was so delicious, hot, and just wonderful. The lasagna in particular was really great. The sauce was fresh and the meat filling was super flavorful. The pasta was soft and the cheese pull was reminiscent of a fresh cheese pizza! Equally as good was our server. She was super knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations. We will absolutely be back. read more

The place was packed, which we thought was a good sign, but in hindsight, is most likely due to the fact that it is so new and people are curious. The service was decent but the food, however, was definitely a disappointment. $15 for a "Little Gem Salad" Which consisted of a pile salad leaves, a minuscule amount of cheese and almost no dressing. Stopped in late on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised. This spot has housed a few failed restaurants and I certainly hope this one succeeds. The service was prompt and helpful and the pizza was delicious. We had two pizzas and a glass of wine and was not disappointed. Also really enjoyed the spicy olive oil to dip our crusts. The price was right and the atmosphere was bustling which I hope they can maintain. Also the lighting lent to a nice atmosphere whereas another nearby recently opened pizza joint felt more like a cafeteria. We will definitely return to support this business. read more

The pizzas and salad were excellent. The salad was very fresh, as were pizza ingredients. And there is a nice variety of pizzas available. Our dessert was likewise excellent. The food here is excellent. It's barely the same dish as what you get from an American pizza parlor. Fluffy crust, fresh cheese and basil, pronounced fresh tomato flavor. The prices are incredible. Pizzas are $17-22 and feed two. For a party of 4 I'd probably order 3. The staff is pleasant and attentive. My only negative comment is that it's very loud in there. That's probably not something easily fixed given the way the building is and that it's packed solid but if you're after a quiet dinner this probably isn't it. read more

Came in today from the east bay. Had the Fratma pizza, and the nocci and the broncino. All really good. The crostini del Vesubio and the casareccia appetizers were very yummy. The panacota and tiramisu deserts were delectable! Good job Fabio the waiter. read more

People were nice and service was fine, but the pizza was not. It was not piping hot when it arrived, and the crust was very soggy on the bottom. A calzone suffered from the same problem, in that the filling was quite wet and the interior of the calzone seemed more steamed than baked, which was not appealing at all. Server said it was the Neapolitan way, but I not recall those problems when having pizza in Naples. Ingredients were good enough, but just too wet, perhaps from the fior de latte mozzarella. The mushroom soup was not very flavorful, but the Asian pear salad with Arugula was excellent. They are a new business and are sincerely trying, so I wish them well, but my high expectations from the many positive reviews ended up being quite misplaced. So I leave this honest review in the hope they might take some note and address the issue and that your expectations will not be similarly disappointed. Tiny little Oliver's has far better (truly outstanding) pizza to our taste, and the mushroom soup at Mulberry Street Pizzeria is far superior. read more

Amazing and authentic Neapolitan style pizza. We tried the duck prosciutto starter, the peara and short rib pizzas. All the items we ordered were delicious and high quality. Some of the best gnocchi I've ever had. A lot of gnocchi can be dense and sticky. Not here. Perfectly fluffy and delicate in a well balanced truffle cream sauce. The sauce is so tasty, I very naughtily use my pizza crust, which is perfectly, divinely, fluffy to scoop it up. So, yes, I think you all should eat here. read more

I ordered through Dash one pizza and Short Rib dinner. The Meat pizza had one meat that was very spicy And all the meat was only on one of the 4 slices, bad distribution of the meat. Overall this small pizza @ $22.00 was just okay and really only enough for one person so definitely overpriced. The Short Ribs was a small portion and hardly any sauce/gravy with potatoes and again overall just okay and again overpriced at $36.00. Why potatoes when it's an Italian restaurant so have pasta of some sort of many types instead. I hate leaving negative feedback but I wasted $100.00 just to give this new business a shot. Wow! The best pizza crust I've ever tasted! Absolutely amazing! The service was good. Really enjoyed the Burrata starter served with honey croustini (delicious). I was in town for three days on business and I ate dinner two of those three days. My only disappointment was not eating here the third day. I love pizza and this place has great pizza. It was their soft opening this week and it was pretty empty on the first evening. On the second evening it was pretty busy and everything seemed to be working well! The pizzas were basic and soggy. Since the center of the pizzas were significantly thinner, it could not support the weight of the toppings. Some of the toppings did not seem fresh therefore the texture was a little off. Well, I think the worst part of this restaurant is the service. The staff seems disorganized and it was chaotic. Our waiter did the bare minimum, the service was not friendly. I think the worst part of this whole dinner was him staring me down after I paid and judging with how much tip I will give him. I felt bully into giving him a larger tip that I would have. Unlikely to patron this restaurant again. read more

I don't usually take the time out to do Yelp but my pizza was so good I have to take the time out to do so. I used to go to Mauro's in Fairfax but John closed up and left the state. Disappointed, I didn't find my new pizza place. But, today I found it! I ate half the pizza in the car, another slice when I got home, and the rest of it for dinner. It was really good. Crust and all. All the ingredients were real and fresh. And, the price was just right like Mauro's. I look forward to next week for my next pizza. Thank You, FRATM. Stopped by today for lunch and was greatly surprised with the quality and taste of the White Pizza with mushrooms. The dough was nutty tasting with a nice selection of veggies. Service was excellent and efficient. The facility was noticeably not overdone but had a very hip East Coast vibe. I definitely recommend the restaurant and I will return. read more

The menu items read nicely, and sound yummy, however the execution is less than satisfactory. Our beet salad had absolutely no dressing, or seasoning of any sort, and most of the arugula was wilted. The pizza looked and tasted as if someone threw the items on it and beer looked back. Dessert was over sweetened. It just was disappointed that they could not figure out how to make their dish taste good. The service was good enough, but not attentive. We will not go back. read more
