Second: so far every masseuse is great and very professional. I was a little taken aback the first time when they handed me some boxers shorts and half a shirt to put on but doesn't bother me at all anymore. Lady's if youre worried about being exposed, from my experience the masseuse keep you covered pretty well. Can be weird at times hearing clients in the next room - as the rooms are only separated by a thick curtain. If noise bothers you, bring ear plugs. Massage always ends with a cup of fresh tea and some crackers to enjoy.

My masseuse was great, definitely used a lot of force when she knew I had a ton of knots both in my legs and my back. The cups were absolutely massive and painful because of the dry cupping. Wish they had a fire cupping option as that typically is easier on my skin. Cons: Lots of loud noises going on in the cleaning/kitchen area. My masseuse burped like 3 times lol The foot massage area was a public space so I felt weird getting a massage next to strangers. I'll definitely be back despite the cons. Much needed after a long run day.

My knots are pretty stubborn and loud when you roll on it, so I was happy to see they spent extra time working on those areas instead of rushing. I would definitely recommend adding the $10 hot stones! It made the whole experience even better. They used multiple stones and left them on my back for that nice warmth. I found vida... it's a small place close to a lot of industrial buildings but it's super private and exclusive. They have compression gear (I fall asleep everytime), Pilates and stretch classes, saunas, cold plunge, red light therapy and cryo therapy. They have a little lounge area and shower. We like the $40 foot massage, if you don't want people to order that service, take it off the menu and stop being pushy. Whatever, I usually get past that...but this night, the lady charged me for the 2 massages for 2 people than decided to automatically add the tip to my card, for a total of $20 extra plus the dumb card fee. Whatever, I told her next time ask me and I usually tip $10 anyway unless the person does an exceptional job. Well her and the other lady sucked with the massages too! They half-assed it the whole hour, chatted and giggled through out, and kept getting up. Some lady came in with her whining little boy w/ abt 20 mins left. I have no problem with women bringing their kids when they have to, but he was crying and did not want to be there. She didn't have the sense to leave or wait in the car and the staff didn't have the sense to ask her to do either. They usually see you and greet you out with water at the end and they didn't.
