We both took advantage of a 1-hour Full Body massage for $20. So, let me break it down, the $20 massage was half hour on the feet and lower legs and half hour on the back, neck, and arms. Mine was in a side area off of the lobby and my wife was in a private room. Our masseuses (and I believe owners) were Johnny and Aimee. Both massages were very good for really focused on being therapeutic, rather than relaxing. The massage areas were very clean. I used the restroom before my massage and it was clean and in good working condition, as well. Johnny and Aimee were both super friendly and offered insight on exercises we could do to help stretch and relieve stress between massage sessions. We'll definitely go back again. One tip, there's a rear entrance that's not too easy to see, it's kind of in the back of a little shopping center and the sign above the door only says, "Massage and Acupuncture". The same for the main entrance.

Demanding for a certain quantity for a tip seems unprofessional to me. 3. The place has not been updated with towels and such. 4. The dogs from Petco can be heard through the walls. However, my experience with my massage therapist, a taller Middle age Lady, was entirely unacceptable. ​After completing my session, I handed her a cash tip, which I consider to be a fair and standard gratuity. Instead of accepting it professionally, the therapist stood in the doorway, physically , and demanded more money. ​This behavior was incredibly intimidating and left me feeling deeply embarrassed and uncomfortable. A tip is a voluntary reward for good service, and being cornered and pressured for more cash completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. ​Because of how I was treated, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your establishment.
