Great massages, good service, you get what you pay for. Bought a 30 minute foot + 30 minute body + cupping. Came out to about $87-ish with tip included. Not bad at all! My masseuse was great, definitely used a lot of force when she knew I had a ton of knots both in my legs and my back. The cups were absolutely massive and painful because of the dry cupping. Wish they had a fire cupping option as that typically is easier on my skin. Cons: Lots of loud noises going on in the cleaning/kitchen area. My masseuse burped like 3 times lol The foot massage area was a public space so I felt weird getting a massage next to strangers. I'll definitely be back despite the cons. I booked a 30-minute massage for $40. At checkout, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I said yes, adding $10, making my total $50, plus a $2 convenience fee for using my card. I authorized a total charge of $52. I was not given a customer copy of my receipt. Later, I checked my bank account and saw I had been charged $72 instead of the $52 I approved. When I returned, they pulled the signed receipt and I discovered the tip line had been changed from $0 (since the $10 tip had already been included in the original charge) to $20, increasing the total to $72. They refunded the extra $20 after I brought it to their attention, but this should never have happened. I was also repeatedly pressured to upgrade to a longer massage and add cupping after I declined because I wanted to keep my costs down. I won't be returning. Be sure to check your receipt and bank statement if you visit. read more

Saw this day spa on yelp. I have been wanting a massage for a while so I thought I would head in. Went on a Saturday morning and I was able to walk right in. I opted for the body and foot combo massage. Everything went well. The pressure was deep and she would adjust as needed when I said it was a little too deep. She used a lot of her forearms and arms rather than hands which made it a little harder. I personally prefer a little more massage and a little less pushing. Since these places really depends on the therapist you get. Opt for the full body 60 min massage. It was a rough start at first since I had to tell her softer like more than 5 times, she finally got it right afterwards though and felt nice and relaxed when I left. Lost a star due to the vacuuming I heard when my session was wrapping up, maybe next time wait for the customer to walk out the room first. It kinda ruined my experience. Maybe because they were closing at 10pm, but it was only 9pm, they still had an hour. I think I will just book an earlier session next time. Lisa did apologize which I appreciated. Didn't realize they charge. $2 when using a credit card to pay, but Lisa was nice enough to waive it this time around since I kinda made a fuss about it. My friends and I were really looking forward to our massages, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I called on Saturday to confirm whether they would be open on Monday for MLK Day and whether an appointment was recommended. I was told they would be open and that appointments are always best. I called back the next day and booked an appointment for three people at 11:00 a.m. The employee confirmed and said, "See you tomorrow." We arrived on time at 11:00 a.m., only to be told that they had called me three times to confirm. Unfortunately, I was handling personal business and couldn't answer my phone. Because of that, they gave our appointments away. Despite arriving exactly at our scheduled time, we were then told we'd have to wait an additional 45 minutes. This was especially frustrating considering both of my friends drove over 50 miles to get there. Giving away confirmed appointments and then expecting customers to wait is unacceptable. I get massages 2-3 times a month and was hoping to find another reputable place to add to my regular rotation, but unfortunately this will not be it. I would not return to A Beautiful Spa. This experience doesn't even deserve one star, but I had to give it something. read more

My mom and I stumbled upon this located after being in the plaza for Dollar Hits and decided to give it a try! We tried the 60 min Combo for body & foot for $45/person. We walked in and was able to be accommodated quickly to the room for our foot massage then body shortly after. During the massage, there were a lot of other individuals walkin-ins so it interrupted our time a bit as it seemed to be short staff as well but once settled, everything was fine. I really enjoyed the whole experienced although it could've been better with less commotion and stopping from others interrupting. Maybe next time if we were to book a time slot it'd be better. I been to this massage spa before, maybe 3 years ago and I had an older man who did a great job but tonight I came back hoping to have the same experience, unfortunately, it didn't happen. I read the reviews, only one person mentioned Leo that he was good. I'm guessing that person never really experienced a good massage before. Leo is not good. Sorry Leo. I know management will say every one has different likes. Leo does have good acupressure techniques but everything else sucks, he doesn't know what to do after he applies the oil and the oil is cold. He applies a lot of oil to the point of where he drops a couple onto the back of my head while I was facing down. He didn't use any pressure to massage my back with the oil, all he did was spread the oil around. And when he got the hot stones, it was warm, he was rubbing it up and down like he was trying to get something off my back lol that's how bad it was. He did the same thing to my feet, it was just spreading lotion all over my feet, he pulled each of my toes and some of them popped but it wasn't anything special. I could of just walk barefoot outside on the asphalt and get better relief. He didn't wipe off all the oils that he put on my body, I feel sticky driving home, gawd, I need a hot shower, I feel so sticky like I got sprayed with lube and it wasn't even fun lol even the boss lady up front asked how was it and I said is ok, she said " no good ? ", see even she knows is no good lol I still tip him $30 for a 90 minute massage. I'm not cheap like the rest of you people, you guys tipped like you're eating at a restaurant (20 %), is not the same with Chinese massage, you tip $10-$20 per hour, no matter is good or not. Is a one on one hard work. Would I be back, probably not. Oh, they have those buy their reviews special, they will give you $5 off your next visit if you go on Yelp and other social media to give them a good review. You don't think their 4 1/2 stars are for real, do you ? Is the same for the other place, Health Clinic in Rowland Heights, they got the same special too. Get $5 off, for a 5 stars review. Decent massage. My massager asked how much pressure I liked. She did a good job. I just didn't like that when she massaged my back, she used a cloth to massage on top of my back instead of using hand to massage. So the feeling and the relaxing feeling isn't that good. Even the head massage, she was scratching my head. Even when she was massaging my neck, she didn't let me take off my bra and tshirt. She was just massaging it underneath and then asked me to take off my clothing later, which makes no sense. The time from start to end was on time. Comparing this place to Imperial Massage in Walnut - I say this place is better because they actually apply oil to massage you. They also did hot stone which was my first time. I visited this massage place, since my regular prices went up $10. I was in alot of pain due to spinal, neck. shoulder medical issues. I had Kiki. and asked for the 1/2 foot and 1/2 back massage. This place does the foot massage differently, it's in the same room. Foot massage was so nice! Then the back massage with hot oil. she worked on me very well even using hot stones. I know my muscles were tight, but she was able to align my spine, relax muscles and I left floating on a cloud ! no pain !
