It has now been a full month, and I have received no response despite multiple follow-ups by both phone and email. It is extremely unprofessional to ask a potential client to invest that kind of time and then completely fail to communicate any decision or update. A simple courtesy response would have been the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
