He wrote that normally he does much more detailed and sophisticated stuff. But he said he'd do the cut. After the first meeting, this would be the simplest 20-minute gig out there - but the initial meeting had to take place to establish if it worked, where the haircut would take place etc. The gentleman is disabled, so it takes time to get him in a wheelchair etc. We set the appointment for a Friday - He doesn't show. I write when he's 20 minutes late. He responds that he made the appointment for a Friday the FOLLOWING month. We rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday but there was a snowstorm (not his fault), he also said he could on Tuesday because he was snowed in (understandable) - so we set the appointment for a week after the original appointment. I texted him on the morning of. Yes, we would be coming. The appointment was at 1. I rushed and rushed to get the poor many ready for his haircut. At almost 12:30, he wanted to know if he could come at 2 - an hour later. I said no, the man's trainer was coming and this was an important appointment. So I said between 3 and 3:50 as I had to leave. Again, he said fine. 3 o'clock comes - nothing. 3:10 - nothing, 3:20 nothing. I finally text him and he gives a lame apology again. The poor man was waiting in a wheelchair for 30 minutes. I would not trust this guy with my haircare and styling needs. He seems to either be a total flake or not care at all. If he thought a simple haircut was beneath his skillset, he should have said so. But keeping people waiting multiple times is just tacky and inconsiderate. Sorry, not at all a good experience. Do not reccomend.
