I had the absolute pleasure of working with Tramal at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, and I cannot recommend him enough! From the moment we connected, he made me feel at ease--none of that pushy, number-driven vibe you sometimes get at dealerships. Tramal is personable, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable, and his approach to sales goes far beyond just closing a deal. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he's helping and takes pride in creating a great experience. He truly calmed so many of my nerves throughout the process, and I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. If you're in the market for a vehicle--especially if you value honesty, integrity, and great energy--ask for Tramal. He'll be upfront if he doesn't know something and will make sure you get the answers you need. Honorable mention to Jeremiah as well--still not sure exactly what he does behind the scenes, but whatever it is, he got those numbers looking right, and I'm so grateful! I drove all the way from Charlotte to Raleigh to buy my car, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire Fred Anderson Toyota team. I love my Hyundai Santa Fe and appreciate you all more than you know! 10/10 would recommend--1,000% worth the trip.

90,000 mile service. Had appointment at 3 pm. Everything went smoothly--changed the oil, rotated the tires, changed the cabin and fuel filters, performed a tire alignment and provided a multi-point inspection. I love the videos that they provide.

Every time I'm here something doesn't work.

Always the up sell. Never explain all the options, word recommendations so as to make your fearful, always recommend most expensive option.

Our salesperson Mike Mayberry spent an hour making trips to the back room to consult with management, ultimately returning with a monthly payment figure. When I pushed for the actual sales price, he looked me in the eye and said '$42,000.00 and some change.' The final contract shows $47,550. The price never moved once during the entire negotiation. While we waited, I stepped outside for a moment to grab food for our hungry children. In that window, Mike walked my wife directly to the finance office. He then found me inside and steered me toward the service area, telling me there was something I would 'really like' to see. She signed alone. That was not a coincidence -- it was a calculation. When we discovered what had happened, we fought back. For months. Through the dealership, through Hendrick corporate, through the NC Attorney General, through the BBB. Their legal counsel's response to our detailed written complaint was: 'Then we are done here. Good Bye.' Nobody has given us our money back. Nobody has taken responsibility. Reggie Jackson is a legend who earned his reputation through integrity and hard work. He deserves better than to have his name attached to a dealership that operates this way. A family walked through their doors and was treated as a target. Remember that before you walk through theirs.

CJ , with Fred Anderson Kia, was assigned to work with me and keep me updated as the parts were ordered and the work on my car began. I commend CJ for his professionalism and extreme courtesy as he constantly kept me informed. If I texted him a question, he would always respond within a very short time period. If I called him with a question, and he did not answer, he would always call me back within a very reasonable time period with an answer or an update. Today, he texted to say the work was finished and I could pick up my Kia. Since I had been driving a rental through Enterprise, I was able to return it to the Enterprise close to Fred Anderson's Dealership and CJ gave me a ride from Enterprise to Fred Anderson. He went over a few things about the repairs and made a couple of suggestions of a some anti-theft devices I could purchase through Amazon. I really feel CJ deserves a 10 star rating instead of 5. Thank you, CJ for your exceptional customer service. Jan

If you are considering buying from this dealership, do not purchase the family plan. It is completely worthless and provided no value when it actually mattered. What makes this even more disappointing is that I trusted this place enough to purchase two brand-new vehicles from them. As a repeat customer, I expected better service, better support, and a company that stands behind the products and plans they sell. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review what you're being sold, especially any add-on plans. Based on my experience, the family plan is not worth the money, and the level of service I received after my purchases was extremely disappointing.

They told me that I needed $7500 in work to replace a wiring harness & "crushed" connection box. After leaving, I took a closer look and the connector was loose and undamaged. I plugged it in and the car ran fine & the check engine light cleared. I was panicked unnecessarily because a $7500 w/o body work would have likely totaled the car (that I'd had 3 months). I also can't say that I'm impressed with a car design that put wiring for the transmission between the frame & bumper. It's directly below the left head light in a prime place for damage. This is my first Nissan after 4 Toyotas. I'm inclined to go back to Toyota after this.

The Sales Manager, Chris Vollmer, refused to communicate with me for weeks despite dealership VMs, cell VMs, and cell texts. Had to involve Jeep Corporate. Vehicle was returned to me with three of the same problems occurring within 3 days of return. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WESTGATE AGAIN. They service practices are opaque and fraudulent in my opinion. They refused to communicate with me for weeks on end. They still owe me significant repair documentation for my new dealership. Here's the icing on the cake. Despite specifically requesting to speak with the GM, the Sales and Service managers' manager,s and the owner, I was completely ignored or denied. Headed to arbitration. Unfairly treated, horrible (as in no) Customer Service, and even Jeep Corporate had trouble motivating them. Despite the request for management contact to Jeep Corporate, the dealership continues to refuse. Wish I'd never heard of Westgate.
