Yet has been upset with us because we are owing her more money than what we agreed on. We gave our 30 day notice and were going to pay a prorated fee for rent. My girlfriend was afraid of her switching on us. Which she changes her words around. It is hurtful for me because I was violently ill. I couldn't stay there and leave my girlfriend for a long period of time to stay with family. There is far more to type out here. Causing us stress and turmoil. Since my concerns were nothing to the "X" amount of years she's done this. The "hundreds" of raving reviews she had from clients. My Doctor would told me I needed to get out, she also including a letter stating I relocate. We agreed on a term, but I guess more money is the only way to deal with our emergency move out. Since Ms Sanei said it wasn't a valid reason. Even though there's a habitability clause that would allow us to move due to my health. Not "various" reasons as she's stated in our application for our new apartment. I didn't want to write this but now I'm upset.

He gave us very little information about what the meeting would involve. We arrived expecting a routine discussion, but instead the loan officer told us, with a smile on their face, that we should have more money in our savings before purchasing the types of homes we were considering. Whether that was intended as financial advice or simply a personal opinion, the meeting felt humiliating and completely unnecessary. My family and I walked out feeling shocked, embarrassed, and angry. We decided to end our relationship with Mike and found another Realtor instead. That Realtor helped us purchase a beautiful home in Simi Valley. We made our mortgage payments responsibly and on time for years and ultimately sold the home at a small profit. Looking back, it's hard not to feel that we were unfairly judged and discouraged. More than a decade later, I still remember how that experience made us feel.
