I came back and I was given another injection which was painful as I felt no relief from an anesthesic. I asked the doctor what was nect. Her assistant said "No pokes" She said next I'd be getting an oblation. I tried to speak with the doctor about what was happening with no luck. All was very strange. I cancelled all future appointments but kept getting a referral from, I guess, the oblation doctor. Obviously, this doctor does little talking. Doctor showed little emotion, even when I was screaming from the second injection.

Coming here with the providers, Dr. alshon and Brittany have been game changers for me. They stuck to my plan and found out the actual cause of my pain. Making me feel heard and understood. The girls at the front desk, Jesian , Aileen and Emma have been so kind and helpfu, making me feel like family as you walk in the door. They know alot of their patients by name and treat everyone in the waiting room and phone like they actually care and want to be helpful. All while running the office, with a smile on their face! I told him how the pain has been migrating around to the back of my rib cage and he said that could be muscle pain from my muscles compensating for the cracked ribs. He prescribed NSAID pill for me so that it would help with the pain during the day since I drive for a living and did not want anything that would make me drowsy. He also mentioned that this may help alleviate the pain in my big toe which could be gout since I have a history of gout in my family and because I take an allopurinol pill every day to prevent gout. He wants to see me again in one month. All in all I doctor Parmar has been responding to my concerns, answers my questions, and sends prescriptions right away to CVS. I am extremely happy with his service.
