I called back a day or two later and got brutally shamed by this Amber for even thinking I could get something as simple as proof that I was insured!? She started by saying "Like I told you before we can not go back that far" even though she told me we will see what we can do and I will get back to you and never did get back to me. I let that one go then she started saying far more rude things to me and left me in shock. I ended my insurance plan with them do to this lady. I did speak with Jim Todd the next day and explained to him what was said and that she did an awful job in that particular situation. Jim did end up getting me the forms needed to get reimbursed by my apartment but I had a hard time getting over how she treated me.

When you express concerns about your billing, they transfer you to a dead end voicemail. I haven't had any claims and I hope I don't because you can't even speak to a real person here with a billing question.

You get what you pay for and Liberty mutual has fallen short for me. KASTL is Friendly, nice people who can accomplish nothing for me and the hailstorm that destroyed my roof... Liberty wants to patchwork repair the roof when all of my neighbors are getting complete roofs with similar damage. Be warned. Liberty mutual is not doing me a good service right now. I suggest you use KASTL but avoid LIberty Mutual.
