I've only had a policy with the company for a month and this was my very first interaction with the employees in person. I called ahead of time to make a payment over the phone and was told I wouldn't get a transaction fee for in person so I go in person to be told I still have to pay and $18 transaction fee. I was being helped my the man but the WOMAN aka the banshee, kept chirping behind me and talking down to me, when I said I was going to Yelp about the situation she told me I'd be putting her job in jeopardy bc it's only them there and then proceeded to tell me that THEY DIDNT HAVE TO HELP ME AT ALL. The banshee kept interjecting as this is a small office I definitely felt cornered and attacked. I sincerely hope this woman does get reprimanded, I'll also being calling corporate for a more formal complaint.

This is very clear on the DMVs website, and I called them to confirm this is the case. Long story short, I was able to go to H.E Vehicle Registration and register with the title signed by the owner. I'm not a fan of people who lack intelligence... and the lady there clearly lacked intelligence. The business is supposed to open at 10am... I was there since 9:55am... This lady pulled up at 10:15am after getting calls from multiple people stating customers are waiting. First red flag. Then she gave me that BS excuse because she didn't want to deal with multiple customers that have been waiting on her. What a joke. She should be fired immediately. 5 minutes late... ok... but 15? yep. She needs to be fired. Doesn't know the DMV rules? Fired.

"I was set up as your temporary agent and have cc your current agent" which is a change made less than 1 week ago. This was a simple request and could have been taken care of with a few clicks. But it took 2 whole days for this agent to blow me off to another person! Dont use State Farm, use anywhere else that doesn't require a specific agent who will assist whenever it fancies them!
