ClickList worker from E Lake Sammamish store

Horribly managed store. The poor HR person can't catch her breath between trying to find people as fast as the management team runs employees away and having to help out as a cashier because the management team runs people off so fast. The online ordering manager doesn't care about anything except numbers. He'll yell at you for not moving fast enough and then he'll go outside for a smoke and to talk on his cell instead of helping out.

Wine.

If you're from out of town, Fred Meyer is the local version of a Meijer if you're from Michigan or a Target if you're from other parts of the US. It's one of those stores where nothing is an after thought. It's a full on grocery story and a full on household good store. They sell kids toys, clothes, space heaters, wine, produce, really anything. If you need something quick, it's a great option. At times, we've had to return items since it was cheaply made (Like the space heater we just bought). For basic goods, it's a great place. For more expensive items like a space heater, go to a store like Home Depot.

Freddie's is the best. Just be careful and always look at price tags. See picture for my 4 star review.

Employees are too busy talking to each other in the deli and self checkout. Thx for wasting my lunch time.

It's okay, I think it is a bit slow at the counters. The selection of food, especially meats is limited!

So after suffering all through the night, I finally got medical help at 400 AM on New Year's Day. The only issue was that there are no pharmacies for prescriptions in the Seattle area that are open 24 hours or on a holiday except this location. I called to make sure they were open before my doctor filed the prescription-the person on the phone (later I found he was the pharmacist) wanted to make sure he had the medication before I made the drive out, which was so kind because I was in so much pain. When I got there, it was about 20 miles. There were about 4 cars in the drive-up pharmacy lane, and 1 person in the store waiting in front of me. The pharmacist was by himself, working and taking care of a lot of people on a holiday was unbelievably kind, empathetic, and had a smile on his face for all the people picking up. This is the kind of customer service you expect when you are feeling miserable...

An elderly black lady dressed in what could only be described as a costume from a Civil War-era plantation was very mean and practically accused me of stealing when I checked into the dressing room. She had on a turban wrap on her head and a flowy long dress. She first argued with me that the 2-piece sets count as 2. Fair enough. But then she said "I count all the pieces when you leave" with a stern tone and stare. Wow!! Then when I checked out to leave, another lady was arguing with her about the 2-piece count. I didn't want to spend all night waiting. I just said that is the way she counts it, don't argue. Then she counted my pieces. I gave the ones that did not work out and held on to the ones I am buying it. She looked at me and demanded to know where the other pieces are. I told her I am buying them... She had a surprised look on her face. One of the worst store experiences and will avoid the dressing room if she is around. Hopefully not for long. I am sure there will be complaints.

We went to a few stores locally in South Florida to get an idea of prices and to discover what we liked. One store was very accommodating and was even running a big sale. Prices had gone up dramatically since we'd last purchased a new mattress. It was a bit of sticker shock. . After getting an idea of what was available and what we'd have to pay, we decided to check out Costco.com to see what they offered. We found the same products and even brand names for a lot less online here. We made our selection easily and paid online. They delivered the new mattress right to the house a few days later. They removed the old mattress. They set up the new one. And there was no extra charge or fee. Easy peasy!

A plum in an insurance portfolio. Many insurance companies bailed through losses from the SoCal fires. Others bailed as a business decision, red-lining all of California entirely. Those insurance providers that have chosen to stay are bumping rates BECAUSE THEY CAN. Costco's concerns for their members seems to have ebbed when it comes to insurance services. A business relationship that pays Costco and both benefit at the members expense with these inflated and outrageous premium increases. I appreciate the free members item the most but regardless I'm happy that I joined. I chose Pcc often for their healthy options + baked goods. My personal favorites are the mighty'o donuts! And their vegan pies, brownies, and cookies. Staff are friendly. Market is easy to navigate and clean. My biggest complaint is the inconsistent offers of vegan pies. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I was happy to see the vegan pumpkin and vegan fruit pies. But then I go to this location and nope!! It is easy to just make them dairy free and you do t have to add the vegan sticker. That's what Costco does now with their fruit pies!!! The other complaint is the deli switched to pre-packaged items only. Which probably makes a lot of sense with staffing issues and or peak rush hours. However, if that's the plan, at the very least please secure your containers. And even offer stickers or rubber bands for extra support. Why is this upsetting? I got home from my last haul and my curry tofu spilled out everywhere, landing on my rug & me, which stained it yellow so obviously very disappointing.
