There are pieces of natural stones from all over Alaska here. We also bought a book that shows me where to find fossils (ammonite) and rocks off the highways and roads on short hikes. He estimated about a 48 hour turn around, which I thought was pretty quick. Especially compared to a few other jewelers in the area who said it would take about two weeks. No more than three hours after dropping the rings off, I get a call saying the rings are repaired and ready to be picked up at my earliest convenience. He did a great job soldering the rings back together and gave the diamonds a good shining. Both rings look brand new again!
