Again, Rite Aid customer service is terrible. With the pharmacy not being open on the weekends and…read moretaking 3 to 4 days to fill a prescription that was received by this store on Friday afternoon when I need it for breathing does not impress me! Unfortunately I do not have a lot of choices where to shop because Rite Aid has a lock on Medicare covered prescriptions in this town. Consider me as being a disgruntled customer that wishes I had more shopping options than having no choice but to shop at this store. The Seaside Rite Aid pharmacist informed me that according to their computer, the Advair disc I needed was in stock in Warrenton and I drove 36 miles round trip to that Rite Aid location only to learn they don't stock it and never have, as it is special order only! Hopefully a company like Amazon will get into the pharmacy business as they know who the customer is and how to give prompt service. Maybe Rite Aid should reconsider their business model as what is offered does not work! I expected more from a national company and look forward to the day that this store closes when some other pharmacy opens and delivers service with a good attitude.

Moved to the coast five years ago four years ago after having six years with another medical supply…read morecompany that my doctors office set me up with for my CPAP supplies they were never able to get email prompts out to me when I was eligible for New supplies. They weren't ever able to call me so I always ended up calling them every 90 days to order supplies that were needed, and they just didn't seem that into customer care. won't name the company, but they have offices in Clackamas, Oregon after being down here for a year and continuing to experience the disastrous lack of customer service from the other company. I called my doctors office and said I need a new supplier this is getting ridiculous. I'm doing their job for them and making sure the orders are put in on time and what not so they said OK well if you want somebody local, how about trying North, Coast home care and I said sounds good they said yeah they're in Tillamook so they're only a little bit north of you so for over the last four years I have had over the top. Excellent customer service whether I called in to ask a question or I had to take the machine in for an adjustment on the programming, they call me every 90 days and I was contacted yesterday about ordering supplies and was told it would be at my door in about three days well it got here at noon today

This review is about Walgreens/Providence Express. On 2/10/26 I called my care team at Providence…read more I had what I thought was a fractured jaw. They advised me to go to Walgreens for a 10:40 AM appointment. I visited with a nurse practicioner. He advised that I get an xray at Providence. He said he would line that up for the same day and have them call. It is now 9:45 AM the next morning. Nobody had ever called. One would think that this was a simple problem with a simple solution. Apparently, that is incorrect. Waste of time and money.

UPDATE - This review was written back in March but didn't go live until today…read more I took a prescription for an antibiotic in for my elderly mother on our way home from an emergent hospital visit. They were too busy to fill it despite being open for several more hours. I was told I had to wait in line just to even drop off the script. I chose to return and drop it off first thing in the morning. I again had to wait in line to drop it off and was told it would be at least 45 minutes before it was filled. I politely told the person I couldn't return until the afternoon so to feel free to prioritize other prescriptions over my mother's. Later in the day, I got a text saying the prescription was ready for pick up. When I went in, the cashier said something about it being ready but that the pharmacist had to "cap" it and couldn't right now. I said, "Oh, I got a text saying it was ready. Okay, when will it be?" I wasn't even annoyed. She said, "It is ready. But the pharmacist is busy giving vaccines." So I said, "Well, when will the pharmacist be available?" She said, "Could be 15 minutes, could be an hour, have a seat." I tried a few more times to get her to help me understand if it made sense to wait or come back later. She absolutely refused - rather wanted to insist that the prescription was actually ready, even though I couldn't take it with me (it was just semantics - I never should have been drawn into it - but for the love of God, it's not ready if it's not ready to leave with the customer, right?). I was just stunned. I get that pharmacies are short staffed. I really tried to be understanding. But she was just being unkind for the sake of being unkind. What is the deal these days? Walgreens is asking its customers to show kindness and grace at an unprecedented level and this is how we are treated? And this women clearly just didn't care. I truly don't get it. The good news is that I stopped and spoke to the store manager on my way out and he was super kind and understanding. And the cashier at the front was nice too. Even the other clerk in the pharmacy wasn't terrible (although she absolutely should have been more helpful when she saw how awful her colleague was being). But to the person who was just so rude to me. You ruined my day. I can't imagine that was your intent. But you did. Maybe think about that next time.
