Moved to the coast five years ago four years ago after having six years with another medical supply company that my doctors office set me up with for my CPAP supplies they were never able to get email prompts out to me when I was eligible for New supplies. They weren't ever able to call me so I always ended up calling them every 90 days to order supplies that were needed, and they just didn't seem that into customer care. won't name the company, but they have offices in Clackamas, Oregon after being down here for a year and continuing to experience the disastrous lack of customer service from the other company. I called my doctors office and said I need a new supplier this is getting ridiculous. I'm doing their job for them and making sure the orders are put in on time and what not so they said OK well if you want somebody local, how about trying North, Coast home care and I said sounds good they said yeah they're in Tillamook so they're only a little bit north of you so for over the last four years I have had over the top. Excellent customer service whether I called in to ask a question or I had to take the machine in for an adjustment on the programming, they call me every 90 days and I was contacted yesterday about ordering supplies and was told it would be at my door in about three days well it got here at noon today read more

I was vacationing in Tillamook again. Visiting. I was having problems with my CPAP machine. Turns out that I pushed a wrong button that changed the settings. I am very thankful that they helped me. Second time going to them. read more

Was informed Medicare would only provide a rental wheelchair. Informed the cost would be $7/mo. After 3 months my bill is $179! I've left messages 3 times trying to get it picked up with absolutely no response. But, they keep adding up more charges. Having to send a certified letter to try to get there attention. Next step - court...? I'm just going to end up purchasing a used wheelchair for $100-200. read more

You people really are clueless. After a year trying to work with you. You have no idea what you supplied, what was ordered... supply list does not match at all what I received. Now you send a note for replenishment...I click on the link, sign in and it shows my account is disabled. I hope you can open the link...when asked to bring in my SD card for download your staff had no idea how to do it, then a week later made the same request same girl..for data she already had, but had no idea how to read it. Both staff are sitting in front of computer terminals, but are unable to verify or find anything. They need to pass abacus 10 first I think. read more

We took a prescription for critical medical supplies here for a head wound on Friday 1/4/2019. We were told they would be dropped shipped to our house on Monday or Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday to make sure they would be there. After several attempts of calling, someone finally answered. I was informed it was not going to be delivered until Friday. Leaving me without the medical supplies I need and was told I would have days earlier than that. Don't put your family's health care needs in the hands of a medical supply store that doesn't care. read more

Terrible service! Billing errors. Wrong products ordered. Late deliveries. No follow up.

I ordered wheel locks for a wheelchair, was told it would take 7-10 days and I would be notified when they arrived. A few weeks later I had still not heard back about my order so I called and left 2 messages with no response. My coworker said she was going there for something else so she would check on it, she was told the order was cancelled by another employee of ours, this employee had not cancelled the order and when she enquired about it was told the order could not be found, there was no record of it...so we just left it at that. read more

Completely satisfied. I was in Tillamook on vacation, when I realized that I came on vacation without my cpap mask. I stopped into the store when a young girl by the name of Bri greeted me promptly while I was walking in the door, and helped me find another mask so I could enjoy my vacation. I was a little hesitant as my friend was in there a little over a year ago and wasn't at all happy with her experience with the older women that had been there. I'm glad I was able to get the help I needed. This girl definitely needs some credit. Exceeded my expectations. read more

I was on vacation in Tillamook when a seal in my CPAP mask finally let go. After a sleepless night and a morning of attempting to mend my mask, my wife convinced me to check North Coast Home Care. Though they were out of network for my insurance, they were kind and empathetic enough to get me set up with a new mask for a great price. My husband and I visited North Coast Home Care after finding out that my Mother In Law may need to return to our home after being released from the hospital. (She is in the later stages of Alzheimer's). We were not prepared as we were only given a few days notice. (We expected she would return to a care facility). We were in need of a hospital bed and wheelchair with the necessary alarms. We were warned by a social worker for the hospital that these pieces of equipment are not usually available right away. I was worried in a small town such as Tillamook, they would NOT be available but would have to be ordered. That was not the case. When we walked in the door we were greeted right away by Malea . She was more than helpful, finding us the equipment we would need and that they were not only available on the day of order but that they could be delivered and set up. The rental rates were very doable. Malea made a frustrating day so much better. I would recommend this store for any medical supplies you may need. I would bet that on the off chance they didn't have what you needed, the staff would help you in any way they could to help you obtain it. read more
