The pharmacy's inconsistent policies and procedures have impeded my ability to manage refills effectively, with conflicting information from various pharmacists causing delayed refills. Unprofessional behavior, such as rudeness and dismissiveness, has further complicated the issue. I have encountered difficulties navigating the refill process due to unclear communication and inconsistent policies. Numerous times I have called in to make sure it's ordered and have received confirmation it will be available at a specific day and time, only to go in and be told it's not ready yet and I need to wait an hour before it's ready. The typical response is how over-worked and short handed they are and how it's not their fault. To take it a step further, I'm regularly told that not only must I call in to make sure my online request has gone through, but that I'm also supposed to call in to ensure the order is ready before I come in to pick it up! Are you freaking kidding me? They know that every month that my necessary medication is due, yet EVERY month it's a fight. The staff could care less, and actually attempt to make me feel like it's MY fault and that I should just roll over and accept their poor service. We are the customer and we should be the ones they're assisting, not the other way around. They know they're only one of two pharmacies in the area and they don't appreciate their customers. The female manager is completely snarky, disrespectful, and callous. This is the worst run business I've ever encountered.

The woman who answered in Astoria was rude and and told me that I wasn't qualified for a replacement. I would have to wait another year. I then I got a text from a Brad in Tillamook that I am qualified for a replacement. I called that number and was told that they don't have a Brad working for them. She didn't ask for my name to look up my case or anything. I am very disappointed that they were so rude and unhelpful. I have to either rent a machine or buy one. I am 71 years old and have central sleep apnea from a stroke. I am on Medicare and can't afford either option. I worked in sales for half of my life and if I answered the phone I would do anything in my power to help my customer.

When we returned it to North Coast on December 4, 2024, the person told us to just leave it outside. I asked if we owed anything and she said no, and walked around the corner, apparently finished with us. Her customer service skills were definitely lacking! I received a bill for $80.00, for the month of December which I took in and was told that the person we returned the scooter to no longer worked there and I was charged the $80.00, make sure you get receipts for everything from them! The scooter was okay, one brake did not work as it should, and I had to constantly tighten the handlebar multiple times a day.
