I explained I needed one copy made, just one copy. Kelly took the document from me & walked to a copier. She made the copy, handed it to me & I offered to pay. She said "I'm not going to charge you". She never smiled or acknowledged me, but she didn't throw me out of the store either. I've bought quite a bit of office stuff over the years including office furniture from this store.
