Whether directed at me or not, hearing employees speak negatively about customers within earshot reflects poorly on the organization. My frustration is not simply about a wasted trip. This is a great shop that serves many local charities. Staff are friendly, very personable, dedicated, and all have great senses of humour. Quality items dominate the selection with things for men, women, children, and the household in general. Parking can be tricky, but there are spots in the rear of the property. The store has thick pile rug throughout, so if one is using any assistance to walk (cane, walker, etc.), be advised the carpeting and the narrow hallway may impeded you a wee bit. Ramp accessible, so no worries. My crafty lass hit the jackpot finding lots of yarn, lace, thread, and other notions for her creative endeavors.
